Perfect location if you want to walk to many places. House was a good size with adequate seating for all. Beds were comfortable. (No major indoor dining area, but not a big deal for us). Overall great home with lots of character.

Wonderful House in a Prime Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I stayed at Delaney House for a long weekend and absolutely loved the experience. The house is amazing - very nicely appointed and very well maintained. The beds were quite comfortable and the pool was perfect for our small group. And the location cannot be beat; it is two blocks from Duval but still far enough away to feel peaceful, and it is easy walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, day spas, and shopping. It is now our preferred rental for our future KW visits!
