The Space:
The house has free unlimited wifi and a smart Tv in lounge. Each of the two bedrooms has a Queen sized bed fitted with hotel quality linen. These share a family bathroom with shower and bath and one seperate WC closset. Our family holiday home is Ideal for four guests, with a possible maximum of six persons staying via a seperate two person sleep out. Please note the sleep out does not have a bathroom or WC. The Cottage is cute, cosy and has lots of light cascading in via windows on all sides. The bedrooms and sleep out all have pleny of blankets and electric heaters to ensure your warm and the lounge also benefits from a wonderful Yunker wood fire, which will not only keep you warm but provides a lovely character and charm. The kitchen has all the basic cooking amenities needed and although it does not have a dishwasher machine, it is great for those who enjoy cooking on gas and prefer a more real experience. We have a Nesspresso machine, Cafetiere and Bialetti Moka Expressset so if you love coffree like we do your all set! All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The house has a seperate clothes washer and dryer machine. It is set within its own large private gardens with wide panaramic views all sides and facing toward Millbrooke Resort, Remarkables and Corronet Ski fields. It has free private parking for multiple viehicles and a single garage which you can use. If you have any questions please ask! Portable Spa Hire is available if you desire, and we can coordinate this with the loacl contractor on your behalf if requested.

Guest Access:
You will have full private access to the house, gardens and single car use of our double garage, the remainder of the garage being storage.

The Neighborhood:
The house is 5 minutes drive from Arrowton. Being set just above and off the main Arrowtown to Queenstown main road.

Getting Around:
Car is the best form of transport, we recommend 4x4 or SUV style vehicles given winter season and upredictable weather. The house is close to the main road, so two wheel drive is fine most of the year, but the occasional winter extreme weather day will require standard 4 wheel drive car. There are local public buses which rum from Arrowton to Queenstown and Uber and taxis are alos available.
