Relax with your family at our 4 season gorgeous and luxury waterfront cottage. This very private 5 br, 3 ba pearl on 2 acres is tucked away on beautiful Minnicock Lake, 15min from Haliburton. Best suited for families with kids (up to 6 adults and 6 kids). Surrounded w mature trees, a quiet lake-no motor boats w a gentle slope to the shore. Open spaced kitchen w view of lake. Perfect for kids: ninja line, swings, climbing dome, pool table, Ping-Pong, mini-golf and a playroom full of toys. Enjoy a paddle boat, 2 SUPs, kayaks and fishing.
COTTAGE RULES
Use
"You agree to use the Property for personal vacation use only. All people staying at the Property overnight (including guests) will be named on the Application (shared with the host in addition to an ID copy of a booking guest). After the application no additional overnight guests could be added without the owner's authorization and additional cost of $100 per/night. It is your responsibility to ensure that all such persons and all guests abide by the rental terms and conditions. If You violate this provision, You will be deemed to have committed a fundamental breach of the rules which will entitle the Owner but not limit to evict You from the property without refund or other compensation.

The number of persons present (including adults and children) overnight or during the day (including guests) shall not exceed the maximum number- 12 persons, without prior authorization from the Owner. Any additional day guests require the owner authorization. You will be subject to immediate eviction without refund or an additional nightly charge of $250.00 per person, at the discretion of the Owner. Please note that any person, regardless of age is counted as a person in the occupancy of the cottage.

There shall be no camping, tenting or other auxiliary accommodation on the Property without prior written authorization.
Out of 5 single beds one is a bunk bed (counts as 2 beds) and the top for children only up to 120 pounds, in addition, one is a loft bed for children only as well. Also, one of the single beds and the bunk bed have pull out beds with thin mattresses suitable for kids. You can see the photos
We are looking for mature guests and families. The cottage suited to up to 6 adults and 6 children (a portable crib is provided).
No person under the age of twenty-five (25) years is allowed on the Property unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana products are allowed on the premises.

There are 4 security cameras outside.
Life jackets are available in the house but should be used at your discretion on your responsibility, please bring your own size appropriate life jackets especially for children.
Linens, bath towels are included with the Property.

Summer High Season 2024 minimum stay is 7 nights.

Arrival time is 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and departure time is 11:00 am on Saturday

During low season 3 night order is minimal
Christmas/New Year 2025 - minimum 4 nights
Check in 4 p.m. Check out 11 a.m.

You agree to return the key at the time of departure to the place where it was picked up. You agree to pay a thirty dollar ($30.00) charge if the key is lost or not returned at the time of departure.

Netflix and streaming platforms - you may use only YOUR subscription and user on all digital platforms of streaming especially you are not allowed to use the owner's subscription to download or pay for pay per view shows.

Our internet provider is Xplore- satellite high speed internet with 200GB usage per week. Please note that in a cloudy weather it may have issues. (rogers wifi is under trial)

Please note that there are no motor boats allowed on the lake.

No Pets allowed.

You agree to tidy up the Cottage prior to departure, remove your own garbage and recycling and generally to leave the Property in the same state of general order in which it was found. Please do not leave any garbage inside or outside. Garbage and recycling must be separated. Our blue dump card available for guests and placed on the kitchen island.
