The Space

A three-bedroom home on a single level, in Jacks Point, south of Queenstown. The living areas look out to residential neighbourhood outlook with backyard garden, grass area and outdoor seating.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and, backyard access.

Exterior: Backyard with outdoor dining table, two bench seats, two chairs, small coffee table, clothesline and grass lawn area.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms and, backyard.



The Neighbourhood

Muster Road is in Jacks Point, a master-planned golf and lake-side community south of central Queenstown, close to the Jacks Point Golf Course and walking trails.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No stairs as it is a single level property

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
