We had a great time staying at your accommodation. The house was just as it was advertised, new, fresh and very clean.There were so many extra touches, like the very well stocked pantry with all the goodies. Much appreciated. The house was in a great location, close to everything. We stayed 7 nights and it just felt like it was our home away from home. Would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for that special accommodation. Thank you Iain

Wonderful place to stay with everything you could want or need. There are some nice places to eat within walking distance too, if you would like a break from cooking. Iain was a very helpful host. Organising a place for us to eat dinner when our flight was delayed.

The house was clean and spacious and well stocked with everything you could want and need . It was very private and quiet and relaxing for a holiday house. The host Iain was extremely friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to help you and was extremely prompt if any issues arose .I would have no concerns definitely recommending anyone to come have a pleasant and peaceful stay there . We will definitely look forward to coming back for another stay .
A low set house with a spacious veranda and a lovely grassed front lawn with gardens and solar lighting .

Iain's property is a fantastic little place to relax to relax and base yourself for all the Hervey Bay activities'. It is a 5 min walk to the beach, pubs and eateries, it couldn't be in a better location. We will be back again for sure !Thank you again Iain !Brett and Belle

Outstanding! Gorgeous well appointed and surprisingly spacious home, with everything you could ask for and more. Lovely and clean, pictures don't do it justice. So quiet and private, yet so close to everything. The hosts have thought of everything and are incredibly welcoming and generous, yet also very respectful of guests' privacy. So many extra thoughtful touches to make visitors welcome, often overlooked by other hosts. Absolutely wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit in Scarness, Hervey Bay. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our host was excellent – friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.The unit offered great security with a lock-up garage and secure yard, which gave us real peace of mind. It was lovely and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area with its BBQ setup – ideal for evening meals.Overall, this unit is a gem in Hervey Bay, with short walk to beach, shops and endless restaurants, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay

Absolutely Outstanding — Our Best Holiday Stay Yet!This was, without a doubt, the best holiday rental we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything we could have possibly needed had already been thought of — the attention to detail was exceptional.Our wonderful hosts, Iain and Pla, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always one step ahead in anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great places to eat. One of our favourite features was the private outdoor living area, which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially when we hosted a lovely family BBQ during our stay.We truly can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated stay — this is the one!

We stayed 10 days at Iians Beach house and it was exceptional. Excellent accommodation, the beds were extremely comfortable and was well furnished throughout. The yard and gardens were beautiful, and it is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Ian is an excellent host and we were very well looked after.
