Serenity on Grampian is a spacious, well-cared-for home where everything is thoughtfully prepared for a relaxed, easy stay. Offering four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living areas, and a private backyard for outdoor dining, it suits families, small groups, or work trips that value space and comfort. Set on a quiet street in Tatton, Lake Albert walking track, Wagga Country Club and local shops are all within 3km, with the CBD just a 10-minute drive away.
The space
Your host (Libby) personally manages Serenity on Grampian, including communication, cleaning, maintenance and preparation. This is a dedicated short-term accommodation home, not part of a volume-based management portfolio, and is cared for with a strong focus on comfort and cleanliness.
Bedrooms & bathrooms:
Sleep comfort is a priority at Serenity on Grampian, so we’ve deliberately chosen natural, breathable bedding over a perfectly pressed look. Our sheets are 100% pure cotton, which creases more than synthetic blends but sleeps cooler and feels better against the skin. Cotton-rich quilt covers are selected to balance breathability with easy care.
🛏️ 4 bedrooms, all with orthopaedic memory-foam mattresses, plush mattress toppers, breathable cotton bedding, and ceiling fans.
💤 Each bedroom includes four pillows on the bed, an additional pillow and extra blankets, plus window coverings that allow rooms to be darkened for daytime rest or sleeping in.
📺 Master bedroom has a 42" Smart TV.
🛁 2 bathrooms, older in style (not newly renovated) but refreshed with new taps, shower heads and toilets, plus plenty of soft towels and essentials.
👶 Portacot with mattress and fitted sheets available for guests travelling with a baby.
Living & entertainment:
📺 Two separate living areas: one with a 75" Smart TV.
🎮 The second has a 65" Smart TV, books and board games.
Kitchen & dining:
🧑🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, tools & appliances for everyday cooking.
🪑 Indoor dining seating for up to 8 (dining table plus bar stools).
Outdoor space:
🍽️ 8-seater dining table, BBQ and festoon lights for easy meals outside.
☕ Outdoor lounge, a comfortable spot to unwind or enjoy a morning cuppa.
🌳 Fully fenced, private backyard with space for pets and kids to play.

💻 Separate, purpose-built home office located within the garage, set up as a fully enclosed room for focused remote work or study, with heating and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort.
📶 Fast Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and remote work (approx. 50 Mbps).
🧺 Full laundry with washer, dryer, clothes drying rack and all detergents provided.
❄️ Ducted heating and cooling plus a split system for year-round comfort.
Parking & lake days:
🚗 Double lock-up garage and long double driveway for on-site parking.
🚤 Driveway long enough for a vehicle towing a boat, ideal for Lake Albert visits or exploring the Murrumbidgee River.

Outdoor security cameras are installed for property protection and to support compliance with house rules.
🐾 Pets
One well-behaved pet is welcome with prior approval (cats or small to medium dogs under 20 kg). Pets are welcome inside when supervised, with a fully fenced, private backyard available for outdoor time.
Pets must not be left unattended inside the home with unrestricted access and are not permitted on beds. Agreement to our full Pet Policy (see House Rules) is required before confirmation to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours.
📅 Long Stays
Longer stays are considered by request. A modest rate adjustment will apply, however pricing remains aligned with short-term accommodation. Regular professional cleaning will be scheduled during longer stays at the guest’s cost.

The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests, which helps keep pricing fair for smaller groups in a home that can accommodate up to 8. A per-person, per-night fee applies for guests beyond the base rate to reflect the increased use of space, amenities, and utilities. All overnight guests must be included in the booking so pricing and insurance accurately reflect the group staying.

Guests coming to Wagga for medical treatment or to support a loved one can access a 15% Medical Stay Discount. Serenity on Grampian is within 10 minutes of Wagga Base Hospital, Calvary Riverina, and the Riverina Cancer Care Centre.
