Bright Garden Suite Near Downtown + Mountains
Welcome to the Turner Street Suite! This bright 500 sq. ft. garden-level suite features high ceilings, a private smart-lock entry, a separate bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a cozy living room with a couch, mini fridge, TV with streaming, and books to browse. No kitchen, but coffee, tea, and kettle are provided. Steps to Hastings Street, close to downtown, PNE, North Shore, and great local cafés and shops.
The space
Our one-bedroom garden-level suite is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. With approximately 500 square feet of space and 8-foot ceilings, it includes:
A private entrance with smart lock for easy self-check-in
A separate bedroom with a queen bed and cozy linens
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and modern finishes
A living room with a comfy couch, TV with streaming, a mini fridge, and a few of our favourite travel books
While there is no kitchen, we’ve provided a kettle, mugs, coffee, and tea to help you start your mornings right.
The suite is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or short-term work stays. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, but we live upstairs (with our kids) and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the garden-level suite. Entry is through the backyard (shared) of the house, where you’ll find a private entrance with a smart lock for easy self-check-in. The suite is completely separate and not shared with anyone else. Free street parking is available, and we’ll provide detailed check-in instructions prior to your stay.
Other things to note
Please note there is no full kitchen in the suite, but a kettle, mugs, coffee, and tea are provided. The suite is best suited for 1–2 guests.
We live upstairs with our family and appreciate respectful guests who treat the space kindly. You'll have privacy throughout your stay, and we're happy to help if anything comes up. The backyard is shared with our family so you may see our kids enjoying the trampoline.
Please no smoking anywhere on the property.
