The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped for easy entertaining, featuring stone benchtops, quality appliances, and generous space to cook and gather. The adjoining dining area invites long, relaxed meals, while the living zone is warmed by soft light, inviting seating, and a slow-combustion fireplace that sets the tone for cosy evenings and movie marathons.

Downstairs, a second living room with Smart TV and Kayo keeps everyone entertained, offering a separate space to unwind. Step outside to the enclosed backyard and sheltered deck—ideal for relaxed downtime after the beach, complete with a basketball hoop for friendly games.
Each of the four bedrooms is styled for rest and simplicity. Three feature queen beds dressed in crisp linen, while the fourth is perfect for kids with two sets of bunks. A modern ensuite, a family bathroom, and an additional powder room make morning routines a breeze.

For everyday ease, the home includes full laundry facilities, air-conditioning, and convenient off-street parking—everything you need for a comfortable coastal stay.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

All linen and bathroom towels included. Please bring your own beach towels.

One well-behaved dog may be allowed with prior approval ($75 pet fee applies). Preferably non-shedding or outdoors only. Sorry, no cats.

Please note, this home is not suitable for children under six as it does not include a stair gate, fire guard, high chair, or portacot.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
