This nicely remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been outfitted with the youngest family members in mind so they too can enjoy an exceptional Carolina Beach experience. The corner lot with fenced in backyard provides a natural respite from the hustle and bustle, yet the prime location places you within easy walking distance to the beach, Boardwalk, dining, shopping, and all the fun that Pleasure Island has to offer!

As you arrive, you’ll feel like you're at home. The comfortable furnishings and communal spaces give everyone somewhere to "Nest". The large semi-open concept living/dining/ kitchen area with comfy seating, stainless steel appliances and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to gather, relax and cook together. There's a separate den in the back of the house, just in case someone wants to watch a different show or chill after a big day in the sun.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and privacy. A pack and play and highchair are provided if needed for the littlest travelers in the group. The first queen bedroom shares a full bathroom with a kids room stacked with two sets of twin bunks, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. There's another queen bedroom that has a connecting bath just before you get to the back den. Tucked at the back of the home is the serene primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom—a peaceful retreat after a day of fun.

Beyond your doorstep, Pleasure Island offers countless ways to enjoy your stay. At “The Beach nest” you will have an easy walk to the beach as well as the ability to savor world-famous Britt’s Donuts on the bustling Boardwalk, explore the Fort Fisher Aquarium on a rainy day, or take in Civil War history at the nearby historic site. Nature lovers can hike the scenic trails at Carolina Beach State Park and discover rare carnivorous plants in their native habitat. Stay Restrictions: Minimum 3-night stay in summer, 2-nights in other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 sets of Twin/Twin bunks, 2 Twin Sleeper chairs.
Parking: Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
