Our cozy, family-friendly cottage is designed for relaxation, connection, and creating lasting memories—not for large parties or rowdy gatherings. With 5 comfortable bedrooms and a spacious loft (Great for the kids, complete with movies, games, foosball, and air hockey), adults can enjoy peaceful conversations in the Great Room while the little ones have their own space to play.

Outside, you’ll find 200 feet of stunning granite shoreline with a small natural sandy area—perfect for launching a canoe or kayak. The westerly exposure means you’ll enjoy sun on the dock from morning to night, with breathtaking sunsets to close out your day. Our large 24’ x 16’ dock, with 12 feet of water depth at the end, is ideal for swimming, docking boats, or simply lounging. A gentle 5-step ladder makes getting in and out of the water easy for all ages.

For your enjoyment, we provide three kayaks, a canoe, and—on request—a lily pad for endless water fun. Evenings are magical here, with a waterfront fire pit that’s perfect for roasting marshmallows and cozying up under the stars.

The back of the property features forest and gardens, creating a peaceful, private retreat away from the road. While weekends bring a lively buzz to the water, weekdays are wonderfully calm—making that morning coffee on the dock even more special.

You’re just a short walk from Bala’s charm—The Kee to Bala concert venue, restaurants, the LCBO, an ice cream shop, and local boutiques are all within 5–10 minutes on foot. Port Carling, only 15 minutes away by car, offers fantastic shopping, Turtle Jack’s waterfront dining, and the famous boat locks—always a hit with the kids.
