The bedroom and bathroom are both located on the same level, just off the main living space, making this home ideal for those who prefer everything within reach. The full kitchen is set up for longer stays, with all the tools you need to cook, unwind, or work remotely in comfort. We also have full laundry facilities, and high-speed internet to keep you connected.
This central city escape is just minutes from some of Christchurch’s best spots — New Regent Street, the Avon River, Margaret Mahy Playground, and the vibrant retail and dining district. Please note there is no allocated parking for this unit; street parking is available but can be tight, especially for larger vehicles.
