✔ Bedrooms: The master/primary bedroom has a king-size bed, closet space, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed, closet space, and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second guest bathroom features a vanity and a tub/shower combination. There is a half bath downstairs.

✔ Living Room: This spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa, a cozy accent chair, and a flat-screen TV, ideal for family entertainment or relaxing evenings. It also provides direct access to the private deck.

✔ Kitchen: This kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare all your favorite meals, including an air fryer and countertop ice maker. There is seating at the bar for three, as well as a dining table that seats four.

✔ Guests are permitted to have approved pets at the property and are required to clean up after them. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.



$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 28 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 29 nights or longer would not be eligible.
