Welcome to "Making Memories"!  In your home away from home. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located in a pet-friendly, gated community, offering both security and comfort. Located in the middle beach area,  less than 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and the public beach. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The open and airy layout features a large living area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with ample counter space and storage.

The three bedrooms provide plenty of room for your family of 8, and you can even bring your 4-legged friends. The two full bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy. This home has everything you will need, including a washer and dryer.  Enjoy the added perk of living in a community with access to a refreshing pool, perfect for those warm days. Plus, with the beach just a short distance away, you’ll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf whenever you like. End your perfect day with your favorite glass of wine, watch a movie, and relax on the comfy sofa.

The condo was in a nice gated community. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy with. The table lamp in the living room didn’t work. One of the curtain rods in the living room was coming out of the wall. The master bath tub was cracked and had white tape over it. We found a few bugs that we weren’t sure what they were, but I don’t think we brought any home with us. Our overall stay was okay, but these things should be taken care of.

Work accommodations or vacation get away

This property was perfect for me and my workers. It had everything we needed. It was close to our job we were working on and close to the beach. I hope we can stay here again in the future.

Great for a family meet up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Cove over Thanksgiving. The house was clean, close to the beach and stores, and had all the equipment we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The managers are very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Gulf Coast Jam stay

The communication from the management company was good. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. There was someone’s baby shoes and trash behind the couch, floors were not clean. Had to constantly wash our feet due to dirt. Even the couch and pillows on it were filthy. The location had plenty of room. The beds were ok. We did enjoy our stay!

First Time at PCB

Upon arrival, some cleaning of floor required, and other small items needed attending to. Biggest issue was limited or no TV. Unit had Amazon Fire sticks for TV which are good if you are a U,S, resident. As a CDN the system would not honour any Streaming Apps we subscribe to in Canada. The Property Manager was excellent to deal with and helped us with all our concerns. Would recommend K Tori’s Beach Rentals.

You get what you pay for.

The unit is a little banged up from lots of renters. The place was kinda clean when we checked in but every surface in the kitchen was slightly stickey. Unless you are staying in the master you should bring bedding. When they say you might find a little bit of sand because you at the beach. They mean in the bed!!! The unit served its purpose for our group but will not be are choice on our next visit.

Location was good. The property was not very clean, its very out dated. We had to wash the linen, mop, dust and all before we could settle in agyer a long 6hour drive. We found riped inderwear underneath the bed, blood on spate covers, the sofa look smelt and felt like ot came of side of the road. They gave us a hard time at the pool for not having bracelets which we were told we didn't need, the closed it at 8pm daily but the af says 11pm. The host did reply to every complaint but did nothing but offered us a late check out instead of 10a they offered 12noon. We declined respectively we couldn't take being there any longer. The neighbors never picked up there trash, trash can stayed on the road which was not pleasant smelling. All in all the place does have potential but its far from being met. Even the kids wished we could have relocated immediately. We traveled 3 adults and 4 kids ages 15-8 boys and girls. I forgot to mention the Marijuana residue and cigar packs. Ac was cold, washer worked well dryer needed 3 cycles to dry a few towels. Stove only had 2 good working aisles so cooking was limited. Tvs were small in 2 of the bedrooms 1 nig one that had a black screen on one half the other half staticy no cable wifi signal was weak. I can go on and on. Wait we also had to fight frogs out of the house. Total disastrous vacation. Only to get offered a late check out, no refund no extra day no apologies So if you are trifling then stay here!! If you like CLEAN don't

Not what was advertised

When we first arrived to the property the gate to the community was broken so we didnt have to put in a code to get in. There was no security guard at the gate. When we arrived to the property. The keypad fell off the wall outside. We get the door open to find the unit a mess. Controllers to the tv were chewed. The tvs had black spots where they we couldnt see the screen too well. We didnt have cable as stated. We had to move cords around to get the fire tv to work. The unit had a rug that was completely disgusting. I have an infant and had to roll the rug up and sweep the whole unit before i could put my baby down. There were dirty spoons put away when we went to use them. Some were rusted. The things they offer such as soap and such were not left. The culinary dream was not acurate. I am a big cooker and i was very disappointed to see what they had. The lamp upstairs was broken so my mother in law fell and hurt her ankle trying to turn on a light. The trim on the step was broken. There was no firestick remote for the living room.sand toys were left all strung out in the wash room. Also we found a folder from june from a previous Tennant and they had the same door code as us and that didnt make us feel secure. We reached out to the property management because this house wasnt cheap and false advertised. They offered some sort of compensation and then we never heard back from them. I definitely will never rent off them again. Our family was very disappointed.

However, upon reviewing our phone, text and email systems, we couldn't find any record of you reaching out to us during your stay regarding these issues. We always strive to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and had we been made aware of any issues, we would have done our best to resolve them in a timely manner. Regarding the keypad, please note that it is checked regularly and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. As for the kitchen supplies, we only provide basic kitchen necessities and apologize if this caused any inconvenience. The next guest after you had a fire stick, it was in the unit. We do understand that the broken gate and the lack of security guard were not in our control, however, we did provide you with a code to enter and we change the codes periodically, so it is not the same for each guest but it is a possibility the same code can be used twice. Once again, please accept our apologies for any discomfort caused during your stay. We value our guests' feedback and will take steps to ensure that similar issues don't arise in the future. Little peach house

overall we had a good time in the property. It could use a deep cleaning, though. I had to wipe off the range hood (it had been missed), and it was really dirty/dusty. also the windowsill I wiped because of a little condensation came up filthy. The cooktop needs to be checked. One or two of the burners seemed to not heat up as they should. an OK property for the price; we're pretty independent and not too fussy.

nice vacation house

House was as advertised. Manager easy to work with, stayed in touch to see if everything was ok. Place was clean. Only problem was the mattress in loft bedroom, not comfortable. We would stay there again.

Stay Here!!!!

This home was nice. Communication with Windy was great. She was just a phone call away. The layout on the pictures doesn't compare to seeing it in person. The beach was a short 2 minute drive away. Can't wait to come back. This was the best stay ever.

Review

Good location, all was well. Would have ranked 5 stars but I was never given the correct gate code so it was a bit inconvenient having a "curfew" of 9pm while on vacation. Gate closed at 9 and no one could give me a code. So I knew I'd be out of luck trying to get into the property after 9 pm. For that reason, I probably wouldn't stay again. Too much money spent to have a curfew like a kid.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay right in the heart of Panama City. Restaurants and family fun super close by. Easy check in process and very good communication with the manager. Only downside was we were not told that the outdoor pool is not heated therefor it is seasonal so it was closed. My kids were looking forward to swimming. Fair price for the stay!
