The apartment complex has an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym and sauna.

You can expect professionally-laundered, hotel-quality linen for the highest level of hygiene.

There are an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars within just a few minutes walk. Queen Street is only 2 minutes walk, and the Britomart Transport Centre and Ferry Terminal are only 5 minutes walk.

Whether you're in town for business, a weekend escape, or exploring everything Auckland has to offer, this modern apartment has you covered.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both the main bathroom, and ensuite bathroom have a bath, shower and toilet.

Room configuration is:

Bedroom 1: 1 x Super King Bed (This bed can be split into 2x King-Singles)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Living Area: 1x King-Single

**If you require the Super-King bed in the master bedroom to be split into 2x King-Singles, you must let us know at least 5 days prior to arrival**


House Rules and Information:

Important - As the Metropolis does not have a key-collection service, you will need to collect the key from a lock-box at a designated space which is approx 800 meters away. Upon departure the key can be left in the apartment (if you are not using the car-park provided). If using the car-park you will require the key to exit the car-park, and will then need to return the key to the apartment.

Parking: 1x free parking space included in the nightly rate. There are additional paid-parking buildings very close by if you have more than 1 vehicle.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
