The view down to the ferry terminal is fantastic. Look left and the outer harbour or the bow of a cruise ship, right to the hustle and bustle of Quay street and what it brings by being out over the water in Auckland city. Looking back at it, directly out in front is Auckland’s ferry terminal, there is always something going on the front of my One Cool Place. Property Layout

This is a nice size one bedroom Apartment on the 4th Floor, right on the corner of Shed 19, to me the perfect apartment in Shed 19 if not Princes Wharf. Being on the end you won’t wake up one morning and open your curtains and be looking at a port hole from a Cruise ship that came in while you were asleep - cool but distracting. You will be close to the ships but they won’t disrupt your view and enjoyment of this place.

There is a big deck for your viewing and entertainment pleasure, with a Weber Q2000 BBQ for your use. Get a few friends together, invite them over for a BBQ and then not many steps away is the Viaduct Harbour. If you don’t feel like cooking, dine in one of the many eating establishments check out a few here or start with a drink from a range of great bars to enjoy. How great is it after a night out to be able to walk minutes back to your accommodation?

This apartment is well appointed with the following set up, big TV, a Sonos sound system, dining table, an outdoor table, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, oven, microwave everything you need in a kitchen for those longer stays. You’ll also enjoy a good coffee with a Nespresso machine and a lovely selection of Charity teas. A must these days is having Wifi so you’ll be pleased that this apartment has free Fast 5G Wireless internet.

All linen and towels are supplied. If you stay more than 7 days we will pay for the cleaners to come in and clean and change everything for you to maximise the enjoyment of your stay.

For that nice extra touch, you’ll find Glow Lab products, which include shampoo, conditioner and body wash,. Enough for the length of your stay - however long you stay. ( unlike the others that just give you the bare minimum, you don’t need to worry about running out. How fantastic there is even a Dyson Hair dryer and GHD gold Hair straightener.

There is a heat pump but you probably won’t need it due to the thermal mass of the building.
