About our home
✔ The home is a detached house and has 2 floor levels.
✔ 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. Each has a queen bed that sleeps 2.
✔ The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet
✔ Living rooms, kitchen, and a powder room (half bath) are on the main floor.
✔ There is no access to the basement and garage (we store supplies in these areas).
✔ Parking is available on the driveway.
✔ The front door has a keypad lock.
✔ Spacious 2500 sq ft living space

♦ Your stay includes access to the entire main house. The basement, garage, and housekeeper supply room are not accessible to guests (they are used for storage).

♦ We provide a limited starter set of basic supplies such as toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towel, dishwashing detergent, salt/pepper/sugar, tea, and coffee. Guests are responsible for items beyond what’s provided.

♦ Please keep the thermostat temperature range between 71°F to 74°F.

♦ Being right on the lake, our home is a beautiful part of the natural habitat. You might encounter local wildlife like geese and rabbits, and during warmer months, some native insects are also a common part of the lakeside experience. We encourage you to enjoy these glimpses of nature responsibly.

♦ Our backyard features a low fence bordering the lake. While we encourage you to enjoy the beautiful views, please be mindful of the water's proximity. Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and any potential risks, and for supervising all members of their party, especially children near the lake. We are not responsible for any incidents or injuries associated with the lake and water access.

♦ In snowy/icy conditions in the winter, a shovel and special ice melt is provided near the front door. While your car is parked on our driveway, we are not responsible for any damages that your vehicle incurs from snow or ice. For additional snow removal clearing, feel free to message me.
