Thanks for your feedback. It is indeed our regular home, and I've just updated the listing to make that clearer so it doesn't come as a surprise for future guests. I understand that a place that's lived in may feel different from one that's not, but is cleaned thoroughly before guests come in. I welcome a private message with any specific cleaning issues you noticed so that I can sort them out - thanks! Also, thanks for alerting us to the problem with the address. I was eventually able to track this down to the incorrect address showing in google maps and have now worked through a process with them to fix it! I have also described which unit in the welcome pack so it will be super clear going forward. I'm really sorry you had that awkward interaction on arrival.
