Designed with contemporary simplicity and comfort in mind, it’s the perfect seaside stop to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Jervis Bay.
Inside, the Studio space features a plush queen-sized bed, a sleek ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities—everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Begin your morning with a freshly prepared breakfast at Club Callala, just steps from your door, before taking a peaceful walk to the beach. If you’re lucky, you might catch sight of dolphins gliding through the early morning surf—one of the many natural delights that make this location special.
With the beach, bushland, and local dining all within easy reach, the Modern Queen Studio is ideal for a weekend retreat or a restful stop along your coastal journey—offering simplicity, style, and just the right touch of escape.

- We provide hotel-style basics for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle, fridge, toaster, crockery, and cutlery.
- Rooms allocated according to availability from apartments 2A to 6A (see floorplan)
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests are required to log in via their own accounts.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera in the car park facing car park, and outside villa. They will be on during your stay.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
