Welcome to the Mandarin @ Main Place in the City of Orange!

Mandarins originated in India before traveling across China where they picked up the name “mandarin”, representing a symbol of good luck. Since at least the Qing dynasty, Chinese parents would place mandarin oranges beside the pillows of their children, along with red envelopes containing money under the pillow to ward off folkloric monsters. The children would then eat the fruits upon waking up the next morning.

The Mandarin is walkable to restaurants and entertainment and just a 10-minute drive to Disneyland, Old Town Orange, and Angel Stadium. It is close to beaches, John Wayne airport, and the Irvine Spectrum.

Enjoy a luxurious King bed, Smart TV, fast WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping spaces. Fido also has his own bed :). The unit features a washer/dryer, office nook, huge walk-in closet, and gated parking for security and added convenience.

Guests have access to the entire condo along with all of the amenities provided at the resort.

The age minimum is 23 (families with kids welcome).

To make it more affordable for smaller groups, an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies after 2 people.

Book early and we will provide a $25 Disney gift card (can be used at select stores/restaurants at Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and Disney online. 21 day advanced booking is required.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.
To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
