We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos
This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!

Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in Kierland Commons. It is also close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, spas, and more. You and your guests can enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked at our fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the Jacuzzi.
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, our unit is just a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Furniture is pretty well “sat out”. But the most noticeable thing to me was the lack of kitchen provisions. I did find salt and pepper, but many places provide complimentary snacks, tea, a pod style coffee maker with pods, maybe packets of condiments, napkins, etc. The cookware is very deficient - one pan handle is loose and unsafe. There were no kitchen towels.

When we arrived there was a very strong cigarette smoke smell in the unit. Broken window blind, very limited and mismatch silverware and dishes in kitchen. Tea pot leaked. Reported part of the issues to the management company, the person responding showed up a day later than we were told, she offered to "steam clean" but that really wouldn't work during a visit. Second person showed up unexpected to "measure for a blind replacement". Overall the unit was ok, looked newer online, things were showing wear and tear. Felt like the pictures were a little misleading. Loved the complex and the pool, would probably return but to a different unit.

Thank you for the feedback — sorry you arrived to a strong cigarette odor and that the unit showed wear and inconsistency. That fell short of our standards.
We addressed the issues you noted: a professional deep clean and odor treatment were completed, the broken blind was replaced, kitchenware and silverware were refreshed and standardized, the leaking teapot was replaced, and we updated the listing photos and description to better reflect the unit. We also retrained the team on response times and vendor scheduling so repairs won’t be late or unannounced.
