We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. - Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September. - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and an uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services. - Fencing: The property is fully fenced. - This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted). - We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours. - For our pet-friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds. - After booking, you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. - No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted. - NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.

Everything was in great condition, check in and check out was very easy. Just as described, great stay. Only thing is that next door is also a holiday house and the guests that were there during our stay were very loud. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with older people or babies other than that everything was fantastic and the house was in great condition

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.
Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

From the rear lane it’s a level 2 minute walk to beautiful Culburra Beach, or to Fishwick’s Cafe for great coffee, breakfast & lunch. Walking distance to all that Culburra has to offer, from Culburra and Warrain Beaches to local shops.
