This charming apartment is ideally located in the family and trendy district of Sainte Marguerite, centered on the Place de la Nation which is well known for its landscaped park and the monumental statue of Jules Dalou 'Le Triomphe de la République'.

The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for a child. You will also find, a TV, a dining area and a fully functional and fully equipped American kitchen.

These include an oven, hob, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.

The bedroom has two beds of 90cm beds which can be pushed together according to your preference, a bedside table with a night light, a dressing room and a radiator.

You have at your disposal a washing machine, a basin with a mirror and storage cupboards in the bathroom and the toilets are separate.

This apartment is brand new and is located 5 minutes from the station rue des Boulets.

Hotel-quality preparation and cleaning are reserved for you before your arrival and after your departure.

Your City Manager Weekome will be there to welcome you and hand over the keys, he will provide you with all the necessary information so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
