We had the most wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The neighborhood was fantastic and the metro, cafes and major sites were within walking distance. Florence was a perfect host and was there for us whenever needed. We will stay there again!

First of all, the host, Laurence, and the property manager, Florence, are super-helpful, contacting us about one month before our check-in to give us information about the property address and how to get there by public transportation like Metro. On the day of our check-in, Florence welcomed us at the gate of the apartment building, showed us how to use the home appliances like washing machine, dishwasher, stove, etc., and gave us the information on local restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, about two minutesā€™ walk to a Metro station of Line 12, which can take you to anywhere in Paris, and is located in a neighborhood favored by tourists. During our stay in the apartment, Florence always responded to our inquiries and requests in a timely manner, especially on the day of our check-out when I left my backpack in the apartment and locked its door. Florence came to rescue right away, which saved us a lot of trouble. In a word, Laurenceā€™s and Florenceā€™s help made our stay in the apartment enjoyable and our experience in Paris unforgettable! Thank you, Laurence and Florence, for your great help, and we truly appreciate it! Hopefully, weā€™ll see you when we visit Paris again. Best regards!

This apartment has every thing you need. It was clean and well situated, close to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. Easy access to the Metro as well. The host Florence was nice and super helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bright, clean and very close to the Paris Metro Station Abbesses. Florence, the property manager was very helpful with the apartment and with logistics, such as obtaining metro tickets. The Abbesses area is lively with bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it wouldnā€™t be the best option for those with mobility issues.

The property was well located in a Montmarte neighborhood. Convenient to metro, little grocery store and cultural sites. Florence went above and beyond to help us after a bit of a rocky start at the airport. She walked with us to the metro and stayed with us while we figured out how to use Navigo. I would stay again gladly

Magical Location

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and stayed in this amazing location. 1st time to Paris for us and I highly recommend renting this apartment and spending your stay in Montmartre. Excellent public transportation close by and so many choices for food and entertainment. Florence is a wonderful host and will provide recommendations if needed. Looking for to coming back.

What A Wonderful Place and Experience!

The place is a gem. As advertised, the Hostess Madame Dourdain and her property manager Madame Florence are delightful. 51 steps up and down; no lift. Spartan furnishings yet exceeded our needs in every way. Carrefour market down the hill, 1/6 miles. Two wine stores with eager to help and please staff. Restaurants galore. The ā€œ I love you ā€œ wall around the corner. Metro station Abbesses, line 12, 50 meters. Paris at your feet. See the Tour Eiffel from every window. Stop reading my comments and book it :-)!

Absolutely wonderful!

Apartment is perfect for our one week stay. Fully equipped. Had planned to do some cooking in, but neighbourhood was so interesting and filled with great restaurants and bistros, that we enjoyed them to the max, and ate out a lot. Handy to the Metro. Stairs are a challenge, but we'd been warned so not a big surprise. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful place and great location

This 3rd floor walk-up apartment was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable and had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower! It was very close to shopping and the metro. The property manager waa very kind and helpful and lives in the build.

Nice Apartment

Location- Check in with Francine was easy and helpful. Door code for easy entry to building. We took the RER to Gard du Nord, and then a taxi back to the station when we left--- seemed to work out easily and well. There is a taxi stand by the Pigalle metro a short downhill walk. The area is active and somewhat touristy, but you are convenient to a myriad of good restaurants (try Oce), cafes, bars, stores, shops and bakeries. We were there during a school break, so there was a crowd. May be less busy at other times. Area seemed very safe and friendly. Close to two Metro lines. Makes it easy to go in different directions in the city. We bought the 5 day pass and I think we saved money. Paris has many varied neighborhoods, so go afield and explore. Pros: Fairly quiet inside and outside. Apartment has good security. Nice sized bathroom. Cleanliness; apartment is well maintained. The windows make it cheery. Lighting is good. Heat worked well. Shower is good. Plenty of towels and personal items for the guestsā€™ usage. There are umbrellas. Cons Bathroom sink is undersized, making shaving and washing difficult Apartment furniture was spartan and discount quality, no coat hooks, no night tables, and a lack of furniture and seating, but it was manageable for just the two of us. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is functional but small, with limited counter space. Couldnā€™t find a dish drainā€”would have been nice if there was a rack that fit over one side of th

Einen schƶneren Startpunkt fĆ¼r einen Parisaufenthalt kann es fast nicht geben! Die Metro-Station ist direkt vor der TĆ¼r. Und das schƶnste: Vom Fenster des Appartements sieht man die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet. Ein paar mehr Haken im Flur und im Bad wƤren toll. Check-in und Check-out waren super organisiert. Ein groƟes Lob an die Nachbarin!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĆ¼hlt und kƶnnen die Unterkunft wƤrmstens weiter empfehlen.

Fabulous Place!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 7 nights and loved everything about it. Check in was super easy. Florence met us and allowed us early access. She was so helpful and remained available to us throughout our stay. The place was perfectly located with a great view of Place des Abessess.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This apartment is more spacious than it looks in pictures. Plenty of room for 2 people with an open living/dining area, comfy bed, great natural light and plenty of windows that open up to provide a beautiful breeze and enjoy the sights and sounds of this lovely neighborhood. The kitchen seemed equipped for cooking but we didn't eat in other than some wine, bread and cheese. There are so many places we wanted to try! It's easy to get anywhere as the Abbesses Metro is steps away and the Pigalle Metro is right down the hill. We were able to get anywhere in Paris in about 30 minutes and the RER is an easy way to do day trips outside of the city. Walk downstairs and onto the street and you will find sidewalk cafes and so many shops selling cheese, wine, bread, pastries, fruit, chocolates and so much more. When we arrived on a Sunday there was a flea market right outside our window. If you want to immerse yourself in the wonderful Montemarte lifestyle this apartment is a wonderful choice.

Fantastic stay

We had great communication with the host and, on arriving, being provided with keys and shown the apartment and provided with local recommendations. The apartment has everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location could not be better - a quick trip into Paris, or take the time to explore and get the Montmartre community feels. The chimes of the church across the road and seeing the Eiffel out the window, across the rooftops was amazing. Be prepared to carry luggage up stairs - elevators are rarely a thing across Europe. But the stairs do not detract - it means there are views! I highly recommend this property, even better if you can spend some time here to soak up the surroundings.

Wunderbarer Ausblick Ć¼ber die DƤcher von Montmartre. Aus einem der Wohnzimmer-Fenster ist der Eiffel-Turm fast in GƤnze zu sehen, wenn man sich auf die Zehenspitzen stellt. Alles Notwendige ist in unmittelbarer NƤhe vorhanden: Metrostation, preisgekrƶnte Boulangerie, FeinkostlƤden jeder Art, Supermarkt, Apotheke und und und. TagsĆ¼ber lebhafte und stark frequentierte Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist ungewƶhnlich gut ausgestattet, das ist sehr komfortabel. Licht- und sonnendurchflutet durch SĆ¼dwest-Ausrichtung der HauptrƤume.

Amazing apartment

My husband and I stayed at this fantastic apartment for a week in April. What an incredible time we had! The place is clean and quiet and has everything you need. There are two big windows with the amazing views. We had lovely time!

It was wonderful to work with Laurence and his family. The apartment is just as described, if not better. The location is central to montmarte and easy access to many of the Parisienne site Love it!

Hermoso apartamento

Excelente ubicaciĆ³n, justo a la par de la parada del metro. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar muy bien varios dĆ­as. Nosotros estuvimos por 15 dĆ­as y en ningĆŗn momento necesitamos algo adicional. La limpieza es excelente asĆ­ como la distribuciĆ³n del apartamento que es muy cĆ³modo. Hemos viajado por diferentes paĆ­ses y estĆ© es el mejor apartamento que hemos tenido porque cumple con todo lo que ofrece. Solo debe tomarse en cuenta que estĆ” en un tercer piso, lo que dificulta el acceso para personas con problemas de movilidad. No dudamos que volveremos a este lugar. Florence es una persona encantadora, si recepciĆ³n y disposiciĆ³n son excepcionales. El apartamento estĆ” ubicado en una calle que tiene mucha vida y es concurrida, no obstante el ruido no se escucha del todo.
