As a guest you have full access to the entire house, backyard and deck. Your wrist bands that must be purchased separately with Arrowhead Association prior to your arrival will give you access to events at the lodge as well as all amenities in Arrowhead.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ essential appliances. Gas fireplace, with, 6-person dining table near kitchen and four more additional seating at the counter. Entry level also has six-person dining on 1st floor and additional four seats stools at the bar.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill, fire pit, furnished deck in the front of the house & additional large outdoor seating on the side deck near gas grill.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, windows-air conditioning unit in Master bedroom on 2nd floor and two bedrooms on the third floor, ceiling fans and fans in all bedrooms, Smart Tv on first floor and Roku in main bedroom & in the loft living room. PARKING: Driveway ( 5 vehicles)

- NOTE: Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to Lake Arrowhead at least 10 days prior to arrival or else late fees will apply.
- NOTE: Arrowhead Lake pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

******IMPORTANT Information Regarding Fees at Arrowhead Lake*******

Please be aware that there are mandatory fees required for entry into the gated community of Arrowhead Lake. Before your arrival, a $20 renter registration fee and form must be submitted. Additionally, each vehicle entering the community will need to pay for a gate pass per car and a temporary membership fee to access all amenities at Arrowhead Lake.

Here is a breakdown of the fees at Arrowhead Lake, and I am available to answer any questions you may have:

- Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
- Registration Fee: $20
- Wristbands for Amenities, are mandatory per person, per day for guests over the age of 6 (children 5 and under are free)
$2.00 for wristbands from Sept 23- May 20
$8.50 for wristbands from May 21- September 22


*Wristbands grant access to amenities such as swimming pools, beaches, tennis courts, the Lodge with a gym, library, and billiards room. Additionally, guests can rent bicycles, boats, and paddle boards. Fishing is allowed with a license, which can be easily obtained.

Guests may enter the community on the day of arrival to use amenities, but access to the house will be available at 4pm. Wristbands must be worn throughout your stay.

After booking through VRBO, I will reach out via text, phone or email to arrange temporary membership fees for your stay at Arrowhead Lake.



** NOTE: Bookings made within 5 days prior to arrival are subject to late registration fees by Arrowhead due to time restraints.

LAST MINUTE RENTALS
Arrowhead community will not allow any last minute rentals without prior registration.
** All renters must be registered at least THREE DAYS in advance.
While I am the homeowner, it is important to adhere to the rules set forth by the community in which my home is located.

-NOTE: prior to check out, you will be responsible for; stripping the linens of the beds and place in the laundry room. All garbage, personal property, etc. must be removed from the premise, both indoors and outdoors. *Grill, must be cleaned.
