Kinda bizarre rating. Tate seemed super happy during his stay. Mentioned that the AC felt like it wasn't cooling so I had someone out there within hours to fix it. The fan had gone out. Not sure what else I could have done. Had he requested a credit of some sort for his inconvenience, I happily would have accommodated. I can't read his mind. I'm as good a host as you'll ever have. One star for an AC issue is extreme. He was a fine guest. Not sure what else to say.

Sydney is a compulsive liar. He would speak to me then he would speak to my property manager and he would lie to each of us about what the other one told him. The insanity of thinking we weren't going to speak to each other and that his lies would work says a lot about him. as far as his issues go, Dallas was hit with a major snowstorm, and fixing everything just took a long time as every company was scheduled weeks out. There were people there installing carpet to fix damage caused by a burst pipe for the first hour of his stay. The job ran longer than expected. when we knew it was going to run long, we decided he'd likely rather deal with an hour of work than have unfinished concrete and not carpet in a room for his 17-day stay. When he arrived, he said it was fine. The pool was supposed to be done by the day he arrived, but it had been raining, so work was delayed. it also rained all day for two of the first five days he didn't have use of the pool. So, attributing zero value for the use of the house, we offered him the three days he actually lost the use of the pool for free. He said it wasn't good enough. The city had a water main issue that needed to be fixed. they didn't ask our permission to fix it before they started work, so we had no information to disclose. We agree it wasn't a perfect stay, but I think what we offered him was more than fair. I hope you agree. Thank you for your time.
