No crowds, no complications — just the two of you, the beach across the street, and spectacular sunsets every single evening from your screened balcony.



Centrally positioned in the heart of the five-tower complex, this cheerful studio is a comfortable, fuss-free home base for couples ready to make the most of everything Southwest Florida has to offer.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



The open-concept studio flows easily from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with natural light and Gulf views keeping everything feeling bright and open.



The living area is furnished for easy, relaxed comfort with a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable and full glass sliding doors that open wide onto the screened 9th floor balcony — your spot for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and those unforgettable Gulf sunsets.



The sleeping area features a queen-size bed freshly made with provided linens and a ceiling fan for added comfort, with a spacious walk-in closet for your belongings throughout the stay.



The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.



The kitchen is well-equipped for easy vacation cooking — refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher, plus cookware, dinnerware, small appliances, and a drip-style coffee maker to start every morning right.
