Newly Remodeled 8th Floor Condo - Steps Away From Beautiful Bonita Beach

If you are a Beach and Sunset lover, this Condo is for you. Our Condo is directly across the street from the beach. The buildings are still undergoing some construction in the lobby areas. Our lobby is complete so you won't hear direct noice. The pools are OPEN!! Our condo did not sustain any damage and is waiting for your arrival. The Tennis will not be available this season (2026). We do have two PB courts that are open for play with temporary nets. The landscaping will not be done this season. Reservations can be cancelled 5 days prior to Check-in. The beaches across the street continue to be beautiful and our 8th floor studio condo ( no hurricane damage) is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Start your day with coffee on the Lanai and end it at one of the restaurants nearby.

Are you looking for the perfect beach getaway? Look no further than this newly remodeled, 8th floor, well-appointed studio condo, only steps away from Bonita Beach. Boasting modern coastal décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony oasis, the amenities coupled with the prime location offers the perfect retreat.

The 8th floor screened-in balcony offers back bay views and breathtaking sunrises for those early risers to enjoy while sipping their cup of coffee. A traditional coffee maker and Keurig are available. In the evenings, the balcony offers a tranquil ambiance overlooking the back water. – the perfect place for your evening cocktails. Guests will end their day in the height of luxury as they climb into the plush King-sized Tempur-Pedic bed.

Included with the rental are two chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, tennis racquets with balls and a cooler for you to bring just a few steps across the street to the beach. Spend the day shelling, parasailing, jet-skiing, or just sit back and enjoy the peaceful Gulf Coast.

Bright and comfy

We stayed for a week. The condo is lovely and comfortable. Pictures are accurate and the host is wonderful to communicate with. Would def recommend and visit again.

Great Property and Host/Owner

The property was as described. Clean and updated. Great selection of kitchen pans, utensils, etc. We had a great time. The host/owner was extremely responsive as well. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay again!

Updated Condo For Beach Lovers

This tastefully decorated condo and proximity to the beach is a good value. Restaurants are within walking distance or an easy drive without the hassles of the heavy traffic of Ft Myers Beach. Unfortumately, work was being completed on the pristine pools and construction was being performed on the first floor (although all workers were courteous), which prevents me from giving an excellent rating. Still, the condo is a gem and a favored location.

Great

I like the condo. I think because they are newly remodeled and just getting back to renting after a couple of years some kinks need to be worked out. I was disappointed there was still construction going on and the pool wasn't open but our host, Molly, was very upfront about that. Loved bring so close to Docs and Coconut Jacks.

Lovely Studio

My husband and I loved our stay in Gavin’s studio. The space was immaculately clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and beach chairs were included, which was a really nice touch. The Cafe, Doc’s and Coconut Jack’s are all walking distance and have great food. Getting into Naples was only a 20min drive. Getting in and out of the condo unit was very easy. Gavin was very responsive. We will definitely come back!

Nice condo and great location

Overall the stay was nice. There were a few problems at the beginning but most were taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. The only problem was the water temp in the shower. It was difficult to keep the water at a constant temp without turning too hot or too cold during the shower. The property was located in a good area with the beach just across the street.

One of the nicer units we’ve rented at Beach and Tennis. Well outfitted with everything you’ll need while vacationing. Newly remodeled kitchen, large shower, and nice comfortable king size bed. We’ll be back for sure…..

We had a very pleasant time from the beginning, very good attention from Gavin, the apartment was very comfortable, modern and well decorated with a good size TV, the kitchen with everything you need, the loft bed with a very comfortable mattress, they give you two beach chairs with umbrella, it really has everything for one to have a good stay I would return with pleasure

Great location, the unit was as described, super cozy, the owner was very prompt in getting back to me. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because, I was not happy with shower the shower head temperature was not working Properly, I nearly burned myself adjusting the temperature. The refrigerator handle was sticky when I opened it. Other than that it was good, thanks for the referral on the Bonita beach cafe it was great enjoyed having breakfast there.. I will stay again. Thank you

This property was exactly as represented in the VRBO description. The beach is just across the street. Easy access into and out of the area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Hi, My name is Gavin and I'm the property manager for this family owned condo that my family just purchased.

My family and I are from Minnesota. Eight years ago my parents purchased a home here in Bonita Springs. Over the years we've fallen in love with Bonita Springs and the entire southwest Florida area. It has become a very special place to us. In fact, I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach.

I have a background in marketing, so when my family asked me to set up VRBO for our newly purchased Condo I was thrilled to help out. That purchase happened, so here I am!

We purchased this condo in Bonita because we love the area. The beaches, the sunsets, the weather and the people are beyond amazing. With the purchase of this Condo we are able to invite friends and family to visit us and stay in our condo. We knew we couldn't occupy the condo all year long, so we decided to rent it out and share the beauty of the area with others.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location, Location, Location!!! Not only are you steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, you also have a birds eye view from the property. The views are honestly breath taking.

The condos amenities are almost endless. Our condo has access to two outdoor heated pools, hot tub, cafe and grill. Also, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and bocce ball are all included with your stay. There is also access to the back waters, BBQ grills and free parking.

Outside of the facility there are so many things to do. Some of my favorite restaurants in the Naples/Bonita area are within a 5 minute drive from the condo. Two of my favorite restaurants are within walking distance. Multiple state parks and nature preserves offer many activities to enjoy in the sun, both relaxing and adventurous. Just across the street at Doc's Beach House you can rent jet skis, paddle boards, parasail adventures and other beach rentals. There is no shortage of activities in the area and that is why our family loves this condo and we hope you do too!
