This property accommodates one dog (under 35 pounds, housebroken) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Approval is required for pets exceeding this limit.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (7) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.
