Thank you for considering taking a look at our recently updated/remodeled 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom condo with a partial beach & ocean view :)
*Amazing location directly across the street 50 yards to waters edge with no busy streets to cross (just Gulf Blvd)
*Our condo is as close as you can get to beachfront without the beachfront prices! The building is a small complex dozen condos on 3 floors with an elevator.
* Oversized near 1200 square feet of living space with bedrooms on opposite ends for better privacy.
*This condo allows a max of 6 guests including infants and/or children, with ample bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite full bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed set up and a stand alone double sized bed next to it in case of couples. The couch also has a pull out sleeper sofa for extra space to sleep
*The open concept kitchen is remodeled with Granite, stainless, and fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to enjoy convenient & lower cost home cooked meals.
*The patio is a masterpiece overlooking the pool and beach/ocean from the 3rd floor, and as mentioned with an elevator & two included parking spaces off the street. The patio features a small BBQ gas grill (please bring 14 ounce propane tank if you’d like to use) as well as two high sitting adirondack chairs to enjoy the view whether that be for Coffee or Margaritas
*High speed wifi as well as Cable TV - each bedroom and living room has a smart flat screen TV to wind down or enjoy movies at night *Special bonus is a stackable washer & dryer so you can clean up before heading home.
This condo is very special as very clean, very coastal / higher end in decor that was tastefully & professionally selected.
Please understand that this space is not a 100% full remodel but darn close - with new laminate floors, all new paint, most fixtures new, much new furniture, and is incredibly well maintained for your enjoyment. All towels & linens are provided FYI. As it it is a 3rd floor but you can take elevator - but does have a pool view and a peek-a-book view of ocean & beach
While this condo has WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes so plan accordingly.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :) Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 6 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count.
A max of 2 full sized vehicles are allowed and that includes a golf cart if you park extra cars or on the side of ths street you will get towed at your own expense. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge as well as the Post Office or Inter Modal Transit Center.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking to fulfill possible additional requirements if at all possible. Under 25 years of age is 100% prohibited in the months of January, February, and March with a 30 day required minimum stay.
We will not provide door code for entry without the digital rental agreement being completed as well as the uploaded photo ID - these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.
Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the couch, airbed, or sleeping on a couch in general.
