Come relax and enjoy the view at the Beach House Condominiums! Beach House II #402 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 4th-floor condominium located on the beach! The kitchen offers an open concept and is equipped with appliances, pots, and pans that you will need to make delicious vacation meals! Enjoy them around the dining table or at the kitchen bar. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV surrounded by a comfortable sectional sofa and sitting chair. Step right outside to the oceanfront balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a window overlooking the beach, as well as a door to access the balcony. The room also features a flat-screen TV and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom entails a shower, as well as a large vanity mirror. The guest bedroom provides a queen size bed, as well as a flat-screen TV. A half bathroom is shared with the guest bedroom and living room and entails a washer & dryer. The condo also features free WiFi and cable, as well as options for streaming service from the Smart TV in the living room.

Go for a refreshing swim in the community pool, or soak up the heat in the hot tub, all while looking out on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand, a private beach access is conveniently located within the community!

Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

Every stay at Beach House II #402 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹

Our stay was very pleasant and fun !! The beach house was very clean and set up in a great area to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach. The balcony has a nice set up and gives view to the fireworks at night.The only downfall to it was the mattress in the Master bedroom, it was extremely caved in making it very difficult to sleep. Making a change on that I would of definitely give it a 10.

Good condo enjoyed visit. Only problems were the king size bed in the primary bedroom was uncomfortable due to dip in middle and sheets not fitting or staying in place. The dishwasher was not working.

Beautiful views, very comfortable condo. Easy amble down to the beach and quick walk to beachside restaurant. The washer-dryer was a nice bonus. I was looking for a place for some R&R and definitely found it. I would absolutely go back again.

Has everything you need

The place is pretty much as described and has everything you really need for a stay at the beach. The place was clean and I loved the private beach access plus being able to take a dip in the pool in the late nights. The only con about the place, which SPI Rentals has no fault in, was that the elevator was broken. Personally, not a big deal but just wanted to let it be known for those who would need it.

Great Short Getaway

Nice beach front condo. Well maintained and nice location to eateries and beach. We didnā€™t use the pool but itā€™s small but clean. Condo decor was cute and beachy. We enjoyed ourselves. I didnā€™t like the offsite check in. Small complaint but everything was good. Plenty of towels which is a must for our group. Canā€™t beat the view

We absolutely loved the unit, it overlooked the ocean, couldn't have asked for a better view, it was breath taking. We only had a few complaints, the dishwasher was full of water, it was out of order, we were worried about mold or stink, and there were only 4 forks in the unit. We realized that was to do with owners tho and not the rental company. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. Met many wonderful people!

Family Vacation

We had our family vacation here mid July, two adults with a 3yr old and 8yr old. We really enjoyed the condo and LOVED the location. It overlooks the beach with a beautiful large patio and easy beach access at two locations downstairs. It was clean and comfy. Each bedroom has a TV and the kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. The only negative I would give has nothing to do with the condo owner, but more the property management company. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator did not work the entire stay. Again we had two kids and a weeks worth of things to carry up and down the stairs. Not to mention coming and going throughout the day. This seems to be an issue that has been ongoing since the June reviews. Hopefully this is resolved soon for future vacationers.

Oil Blobs & No 2nd Shower

Read the fine print. The listing is misleading. One section says bath & a half, but further down shows 2 full baths. There is no bath/shower in the 2nd bathroom. Door shade missing from Master bedroom so don't plan on sleeping in. No reflection on the property but we stepped in oil blobs on beach multiple times and brought into unit on our shoes. Impossible to remove from our shoes and nothing to remove it from the unit floor. The beach was also littered with litter even with all the trash cans available. Ruined our beach experience.

Wonderful location and lovely premises. This condo has everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. Great views with two doors that open to good-sized balcony. Kitchen is small but well-equipped. I'd go back anytime!
