During your stay I will be more than happy to assist you with any questions related to your stay, all you need to do is text or call me. If I am not available to take the call based on my work related travel journeys, the call will be forwarded to a company of professionals who will assist you with everything you might need from check-in to check-out and even further. The property is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the tourist attractions of London. There are local restaurants if you do not fancy going too far for a meal. You will also benefit from the location, the apartment is not located on a main street, which is a great feature, when you love in London.
My place is located just next to the amazing green space called Faraday Gardens and not far from the huge Burgess Park and Nursery Row Park, so if you are keen on jogging or relaxing walks and enjoying stunning views, these parks are definitely worth visiting.
Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre is another interesting place to visit, where you can have a meal or take a look at the interesting shops, as many of them are original ones from 70's and 80's.
As for the local recommendations for good places to eat, you can pop to KFC or McDonald's which are within walking distance to the apartment. If you'd like to try international cuisine, I recommend choosing between Bayroot (Lebanese), La Luna (Italian), and Legacy Restaurant And Bar (West African), all of them are little cozy restaurants with delicious food.

The nearest Underground and train station is Elephant & Castle (approximately 20mins walking). Kennington tube station served by the Northern line is located 16 minutes walk away. If you do not want to walk, there are local buses which run regularly.
LHR (London Heathrow Airport) is approximately 1 hrs 30 mins away by public transport - underground services are regularly running.
LGW (Gatwinc Airport) is approximately 1 hrs 15mins away by public transport - national railway (Southern or Thameslink).
LTN (Luton Airport) and STN (Stanstead Airport) are approximately 1 hrs 30 mins away from the property - easily reachable by national Railway or/and National Express coaches.

Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking-out outside the standard time (10:00 AM) is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00

I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefor please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and additional fee of £20.00 will apply.
