Professionally Landscaped Immaculate Colonial Home on 4.8 Private Acres with Heated Inground Saltwater Pool and Park Like Setting in the heart of Poconos (10 min to Kalahari water park, 10 min to: casino, outlet mall, Camelback ski area and Camel-Beach water park). Located in Emerald lakes community, filled with amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurant, basketball courts, lakes and beaches). You will have full access to all amenities available within the community. Short distance to the pool, tennis courts and the beach at the lake.

Overall the stay was ok. It was spacious enough and clean enough for our group of 18 adults. There were a few key disappointments though:1. The hot tub wasn't working. We went back and forth with the owner who tried to help through messaging, but in the end, it required a maintenance guy, who came, but it still wasn't working it was too late for us to actually use it by then. It looked nice though, and the rest of the backyard was nice.2. The cookware needs updating. The pans were scratched nonstick pans, and the cooking utensils were plastic that has melted and was peeling. I recommend stainless steel.3. The water pressure in the showers was weak. It was fine because we only stayed for 2 days, but it would have been more of a problem if we stayed for longer.Positives: Spacious, fireplaces are cozy, tvs were nice, the lounge spaces were comfy, kitchen was nicely sized, rooms were comfy, the house is secluded enough for privacy.The hot tub was the biggest bummer and main reason for the rating.. I'm sure they will fix it though.

Incredible place. Has everything you could possibly ever need. Everything is brand new and the pool after a hot day was perfect. House and amenities get a 10 from me and my group of friends!

Plenty of space for the 14 of us. We enjoyed the activities in the garage but were disappointed that there were no board games or even cards. The pool was great; there would not have been much to do without it. We reached out with a couple of minor issues and got response very quickly. We were disappointed with the stocking/equipment in the kitchen. We brought paper products but were surprised to discover no food wrap, no cooking sheets, and only one dish towel for the week. The coffee pot does require filters (no basket). We enjoyed being together but for the price, it felt like some finishing touches were missing.

Was the most beautiful property we've stayed in and as a family we rent many places every year.The major complaint that we had as a few seniors and 1 handicapped there were no railings or hand rails where there should have been. Was very scary

My first experience in the Poconos

We had an awesome time but there was a lot of stuff that we didn't get to use at our legion. First of all when we pulled up the people was still there cleaning so we had to stand outside for thirty minutes and the place still wasn't that clean!!! We had to clean when we got in and the pool couldn't be used due to renovation. The jacuzzi was not working I had to call the host to call the maintenance guy to fix it!! Then there was a hole in one of the rooms upstairs!! The fireplace in one of the rooms on the first floor was not working!! The bookshelf in that same room was broken!! The hot water really sucked!! It was cold 80 percent of the time which really pissed us off cause we had to take cold showers!!! The back porch where the gate was by the patio was hanging due to a bear that kept coming around and the stairs where the pool and bonfire is was very wobbly and coming unhinged and my cousin almost fell and twist her ankle!!! As a matter of fact there had been a couple of falls due to the steps including myself!!! I will say this that the host Eugene was very nice and most of these things I let him know about and he answer me back immediately Everytime!! He was sympathetic and understanding and he had solutions for everything that I told him about!! Other than that it was a great experience and I wouldn't mind going there again once those things are taking care of!!!

I recommend booking so much we came back !

This is my second time booking at this location and it got even better from last time. New additions to the house, clean and easy communication and to get into. Thank you again for a great stay!

Lots of spacious rooms

We had a lovely stay. The house had great rooms for everyone to spread their wings. The converted garage was a hit with the pool table and ping pong table. My only feedback would be to add some kitchenware, there were some vital items missing. Thank you!

Great stay for big group

The house was perfect for our big group. We had 5 families and the house was big enough to accommodate 10 kids and 10 adults. Our group enjoyed the space and amenities. Would definitely stay again but during the summer.

Fantastic Family Home

Although the weather didn't cooperate (not the fault of the house) our family had a fabulous time - kids swam in the pool every day, even in the rain! Lots of space for family games and great area.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time in the Poconos! The home is beautiful and the grounds/backyard provided space and amenities to relax during the day and enjoy a fire at night. We had 15 people (ages 9-74) and there was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The game room was a big hit and the washer and dryer came in handy. If you are considering the property, our recommendation would be to bring additional towels and washcloths (1 towel is provided per person) and Kitchen items you may need. Although the kitchen is spacious, we had to purchase baking sheets and did not find all the items needed to cook/bake for a large group. Overall, the home was one of the best we have rented and we highly recommend!

Big Family Getaway

A wonderful family weekend!

We had a great time gathering our family together for a long weekend getaway! The property had everything we needed, with plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable (adults, kids, and dog alike)! Very grateful to Eugene for his responsiveness for any questions we had, looking forward to another trip back in the future!
