After you enjoyed Skiing from the First Camelback House -you are ready to dry your ski set and snowboarding shoes in a special dryer. Outside - this house is the first to the Camelback Slope - put your ski on and go from your house to the slopes- How Amazing is this? Come back the same from the slope and slide right into your door, without getting into a car.

Our place has a Fire Place; 4 Bedrooms;3 Bathrooms, 2 bathrooms with a stand up shower. Private Master Bedroom upstairs with its own Bathroom and a Private Huge Balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise or the sundown with a glass of your favorite wine , cup of fresh coffee or hot chocolate.
Balcony leads into a private deck is all yours when you simple want to wake up and listen to the nature, look outside and enjoy the amazing view. There is a Full kitchen with a 2 refrigerator, microwave, oven. Downstairs you have access to a laundry. We do not provide you with laundry detergent- please bring your own if you need to.
Living room has a 75 inch smart TV , cable channel DVD player to seat and enjoy a movie night or watch your pictures taken during your fun day. .A second Balcony/ Private Deck is right out of the living room where you can enjoy your late night Grill and Dinner looking out to the top of the Camelback Mountain and Winter Slopes. There is a dining table with 6 chairs.

Living room has an amazing expansion green room where you can begin your dinner celebration or simple enjoy sitting and reading your favorite book as you are looking out through a Glass Overview and when it rains or snows you truly feel that you are in Paradise!!! Second floor has 2 separate bedrooms with its private entrance to the outside with a full bathroom.
Basement floor has one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, and a private entrance. The second room in the basement has a large Pool/Tennis/ hockey table and fire place. The house has its own Private Parking entrance / Lot where you can fit up to 4 cars and it’s private, the rest cars can be parked on the other parking lot.The house has a split system for heating /ac. There is a TV in every room .

Camelback water park is a walking distance in the summer. Community pool is available, Inside there is a tennis court and outside another tennis court &fitness center. Tennis racquets available by owners in the house for your use.

Love running in the morning or doing Yoga - this would be your place to indulge and relax free of all your worries. Nearby Amazing Restaurants around, Camelback Mall, Fishing area, Horse Riding, Paint Ball Range, Bicycle Riding, The best of PA Wine testing .

The House is able to create great memories and laughter because this house was bought by a loving family. We set up some necessary amenities such as shampoos, conditioner, hair dryer, used towels, and used bed setting sheets.
