- BEDROOMS: Two inviting bedrooms with plenty of natural light (one queen, one twin, plus an optional floor mattress).

- WORKSPACES: Two dedicated WFH setups, including a monitor and an electric standing desk, with high-speed WiFi for remote work or study.

- KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware and essentials, plus extras like an air fryer, NutriBullet, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, and Instant Pot.

- BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower) stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

- BALCONIES: Two private outdoor spaces to enjoy sunshine, fresh air, or a quiet break.

BUILDING AMENITIES

Guests have access to a fully equipped gym, yoga/spin studio, playground, and car wash station — all within the building complex. In-suite laundry is also included for your convenience.

PARKING

Secure underground parking is available upon request for CAD 150/month. If you don’t need a car, access to transit and the Seabus is just across the street.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Minimum stay: 93 nights (perfect for seasonal relocations or extended winter retreats).

- No pets, no smoking.

- For longer stays (30+ days), guests are required to carry renter’s/tenant insurance and provide a fully refundable security deposit equal to ½ month’s rent.
