We had a great stay in September 2026 at this location. The Ocean Creek Resort is really nice with great amenities and plenty of things to do close by (even walking distance). The 2 bedroom condo in the north tower is fantastic with an amazing ocean view. Everything was as described in the listing and check in and out was very easy.

Condo was as advertised. Clean, spacious and well organized. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Sofa and beds were comfortable. The balcony furniture was perfect , nice height so you could easily see over the railing and very comfortable as well. Unobstructed Ocean views from every room!!I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely have this one on our list for next time.

This place was inexpensive considering the view and location. There were some small issues, but keep in mind what you're paying. We've stayed in places in the same resort that cost 50% more. And that view is phenomenal. The outside chairs on the balcony were unexpectedly comfortable and we hung out out there a lot, whenever we weren't on the beach itself. The owners and management are extremely accommodating and responsive.

Fabulous view and great price. The only downfall was the two TVs in the bedrooms were not usable. We even had maintenance come to try and help and he stated he never saw anything like it meaning they wouldn’t play regular channels like CBS or ABC. Other than that no complaints.

Condo is located in Ocean Creek Resort where we have stayed many years. It is located in the North tower and faces completely to the ocean. Positives: Communication/ck in GREAT. It appears that the damaged floor in other reviews has been replaced w LVP, walls look like they have been painted recently, the kitchen had all we needed in the way of dishes and such. There seemed to be some controversy over coffee makers...there are two...one MR COFFEE 12 cup and a Keurig. The condo is located right beside the elevator, but we found this a convenience. We did not hear any noise from it. luggage carriers and shopping carts located in lower floor for convenience of guests. Negatives: The condo needs cleaning and some attention. The front door looks like it hasn't been painted in forever. I understand it is an outside door but there is a storm door protecting it and this is your first impression. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black from walking on them, cobwebs, other things under furniture where it had not been moved to clean. This is not a normal at the beach kinda dirt. The washing machine would not work. Made a horrible sound and would not agitate, luckily the water did drain out. I am pretty sure the cleaning crew had to know this because the towels that were left us for week had not been washed. There is/has been a horrible leak under kitchen sink. This condo has the potential to be a really wonderful place. Just needs some attention.

This property offers a spectacular ocean view. Checking in was not difficult. After that, things go downhill fast. The condo had either not been cleaned at all or was superficially cleaned at best. There was dirt on the floors, mold in the bathrooms, food scraps in the fridge, and missing tile in front of the fridge has been covered by a filthy door mat? We reported most of the defects when we arrived. (Some we found later and declined to report since our first report was met with, “Thank you for reporting this, I will make a note of it.” Prior to arriving I had contacted the host to ask several questions, one of which was, “Is there a Keurig-type coffee maker?” I was told there wasn’t so we planned and brought with us a pound of regular coffee. Turns out there was a Keurg coffee make AND a regular coffee maker. On the surface that sounds great. In reality, the misinformation messed up our prep. Near the end of our visit, an access panel in the shower fell to the floor while we were out of the condo. I reported that and was advised maintenance would take care of it. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience since it didn’t fall on us while taking a shower but does show a lack of attention to detail. In general, the unit is old, worn, damaged in places, and not really ready for “prime time.” The price was OK (lower than other units) but there is a condition level below which no price is worthwhile. This unit comes close to that condition.
