It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, gated community, indoor and outdoor pool, balcony, elevator, putting green, tennis courts, playground, Beach Bar and Grill, and beach access.
