Our Bonita Beach vacation home welcomes you. Just two miles to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach!

All amenities are furnished including a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Plus everything you need for a day at the beach: towels, umbrellas, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a cart to haul it all.

Three bedrooms: en-suite master with king bed, one guest room with king bed, second guest room with two twin beds and a trundle bed. Three full baths. Screene-in, heated pool and spa. Fenced-in yard suitable for a small dog. Two car garage and off street parking.

Just a few blocks from shopping and dining. Located 6 miles from both Coconut Point Mall and Mercato. Southwest Florida International Airport is 20 miles (24 minutes) away.

Quiet neighborhood perfect for walking or a bike ride. This house is on a cul-de-sac.

Note: We live in the neighborhood and are available at any time if anything is needed during your stay. Otherwise, we'll respect your privacy and let you enjoy this slice of paradise!

Our stay felt like a home away from home. Mara was a great host. The house had anything you would need to make your stay complete. We had a few questions for Mara and she replied instantly. Home is a quiet neighborhood close to beach and shopping.

Excellent rental

This was a beautiful, well equipped,very clean, and great location. The owners were attentive and took care of anything we needed. We would definitely recommend and we hopefully will be back. We have been going to this area for many years and this has been our favorite.

Perfect Getaway

Hidden getaway!

Beautiful home, and great location. Tucked away from high traffic area but still close to everything. The owners are very helpful and incredibly friendly, throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying with them again.

Best home ever!

We stay in VRBOs a few times a year and this home was the best we have ever stayed at. The location was fantastic. The house was absolutely great. The hosts thought about every little detail both big and small. The house was very clean.

Great Clean House!!

We recently stayed at this property and it was exactly as advertised. House is much bigger than it looks. We have older children and the split bedroom layout was great for everyone’s privacy. Pool and hot were amazing. Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful during our stay.

Perfect home for a family getaway

We had 5 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog on vacation and the house made it comfortable for all. There is lots of space and the kitchen has all the things you need to cook some meals at home. Nice grill, warm pool, a variety of patio furniture and a fenced yard made us all happy! Shops and restaurants are all close. Hosts were very polite and responsive.

Relaxing with Family

This house is so spacious and nicely appointed. Even with family coming to visit and swim we sometime had to go look for each other! The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. The house was well supplied and spotlessly clean. Mara was the perfect host. The best review we can give is that we would be thrilled to stay here again!

Spacious and well-stocked

This is a lovely house on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's much larger inside than we expected--plenty of room for our party of five. Lots of closet and cabinet space too. We enjoyed the spa each evening and appreciated all the towels, pillows, and beach gear that was available. Our communication with Mara was great--she answered all our questions right away. We would gladly stay here again if we're in the area.

Very spacious home.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It is very spacious. We joked that sometimes we couldn't find each other. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed... and then some. The spa is a wonderful bonus. It was quite chilly some of the days we were there. However, we could always go in the spa even if it was too cold to go in the pool. Mara has "premier host" status for a reason. She was a dream to work with.

PERFECT

This property is the perfect location for a vacation getaway! The outside activity areas including the pool/lanai and adjacent fenced yard are surrounded by lush tropical greenery and accented by tropical bird songs for a truly exotic feel which we couldn’t get enough of. We found it tough to venture out into “civilization.” On rainy days the large sunroom is perfect for indoor activities while enjoying a full view of the outdoor areas. The sunroom is comfortably furnished for dining and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide space for families yet are situated to provide privacy for sharing arrangements. A large kitchen, dining room, living room and sunroom provide ample room to spread out if desired. If your family includes a furry friend the fenced yard is a great feature. Our little dog Milton couldn’t get enough of sunning himself and investigating the local wildlife. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a low traffic area that is pet friendly, ideal for those daily walks. I could go on and on about the home itself but the surrounding area also needs mentioning. The home is in a very desirable neighborhood, minutes away from beaches, shopping, dining, and attractions. The neighbors we met were very friendly and most were engaging. The amenities include all necessary beach essentials so don’t bother packing any. Everything is there for using. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with this property. Our stay ended too quickly! We would definitely rate this place a solid 5 stars and hopefully we will return in the future.

Fantastic!

I can't say enough about how much my family and I love this location. This is a repeat stay for us, the house is a short drive from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy drive north or south to other beaches if desired. Very close to a Publix and about 10 minutes from a Walmart. The owner has the house stocked with everything needed. I personally am very impressed with how responsive she is to any questions we had. Thanks again for this wonderful experience!!

I returned to this beautiful home after several years since my last visit and found new and updated bathrooms and furnishings along with all the numerous, enjoyable amenities! This home is in a quiet neighborhood, but so close to many restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping venues!! Great Spot

We had 3 couples in Bonita for a Charity Golf Tournament and Reunion with a bunch of friends. Pool was great. House was well-appointed, very clean, and lots of beach gear available. Host was great; bathrooms recently remodeled, and quickly addressed leaks around 2 shower doors... Great spot for 4 adults & 3 kids, or various combinations (2 king beds, one room with 3 twins). Close to Bonita Bay Club where we golfed. Will come here again. Loved it!

Highly Recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay! The location was close to retail and beaches and the neighborhood wonderful for walks. The pool and spa worked well with a remote and was very clean. The large home was much more than we needed but it would be a great home for families. The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. I enjoyed my morning tea on the beautiful back sun porch. Mara and Conor were always quick to answer any question and easy to work with. We had no reason to reach out to them during our stay because their home worked well.

Wonderful holiday time in Florida

We arrived at our vacation home to a welcome note and fresh flowers which was so nice after a long trip! The home was larger than we expected, it was nicely furnished with enough seating and space for us and the friends we had over. The pool was nice and heated which was appreciated on a few cooler mornings! The fenced yard was nice for our dog to have some space to play and be out although she also loved her walks around the safe, quiet and well maintained neighborhood. We grilled out several out many times, so we appreciated having the grill and outdoor dining table. The location can't be beat as it it close to the beach and shopping! Conor and Mara were excellent hosts making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated them making sure we were comfortably set for working from the house and for the nice surprise of a bottle of wine for Christmas. We would have booked again for next year, but someone beat us to it! We'll certainly check for vacancies whenever we head down that way.

Wonderful, wonderful property and manager!

We have rented quite a bit over the years, in a variety of locations across the country, both with AirBnB and VRBO, and hands down this is the best experience we've ever had. The location of this house is excellent, and what really stands out is how clean and well-appointed the home is - from major benefits like a screened-in pool to the little details like paper towels, hand soap, and first aid kit supplies. We were so inspired by these little extras that we felt compelled to add to the collection ourselves, so the next guests could enjoy the same experience we did. And the owners are wonderful - responsive, supportive, and thoughtful about everything - we even got a nice handwritten welcome note. It was truly nice to step into a home that met all of the online impressions we got from the photos and description. THANK YOU!

The Perfect Vacation

This is a beautiful home with everything one would need for a short or long getaway. There’s a lot of room, lovely furnishings and many extras. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. The owners were great and very quick to respond to any questions/concerns, although we really didn’t have any issues. I would love to stay here again and for maybe a month next time!

I work for a local non-profit. My husband is an attorney. We have two little boys.

This home has been used as a short term rental through two previous owners, and we have been fortunate to interact with some of the tremendous guests that have stayed along the way.

In our conversations with the prior owners, Roni and Duane, we expressed interest in purchasing the property. Soon enough we were working out the details of a deal at the kitchen counter top!

We love this neighborhood. It is peaceful and a great place to call home. We think it is also perfect for a short term stay because of its central location between Fort Myers and Naples and only 2 miles from some of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

The pool, hot tub, patio area, sun room, and beautiful kitchen are excellent places to relax. The bikes and beach toys are at your disposal for a day trip to one of the local beaches.
