Owned & operated by a family that has run beach rental properties from Long Beach Island, NJ to Naples, FL.. Salt water heated pool with sun-shelf and spa completed mid July. This open floor plan 3 bedroom and a pull out couch in the front room 2 bath home is furnished with a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin beds, queen pull out couch and has new flooring, appliances and all new furnishings and accessories., this spacious 1900 s/f home is located in the desirable 500 block of Naples Park and is an enjoyable walk or bike ride to either the tourist favorite, Vanderbilt Beach, or privately secluded Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. The open floor plan with cathedral and high ceilings throughout allows vacationers to spend time together in the large great room / dining room / kitchen combo while accommodating those that need some serene repose in the additional sitting room. The spacious master features a king bed, private en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The laundry room is for convenience as this private home is meticulously maintained and bedding and towels are professionally laundered to assure guests are comfortable. There is a lanai at the rear of the home opening up to the pool & spa heated for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather well into the late hours of the evening. This outdoor patio area is equipt with lounge chairs, sofa and club chairs as well as an outdoor grill. 6! bicycles for vacationers who want to bike to the beaches, restaurants, the Ritz Carlton, a choice of 2 movie theaters, homemade icecream, Whole Foods Market, Publix, Trader Joes, Coffee Shops and shopping/dining/nightlife at the "Mercado". A selection of beach chairs and toys are available for tenant use. Complementary Wi-Fi included.

The house was gorgeous! Beyond our expectations. Our host was super fast in responding and letting us know all the details of our stay. Location was nice and we really enjoyed the pool! Very clean!

His attentiveness and prompt respones were appreciated very much.As for the house, it was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious and enjoyed all of the property's new features and updates.

Perfect stay

This is our second time renting this house. It is clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and lots of storage space. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The bikes are a great bonus. We were able to ride them to Vanderbilt beach

Nice house close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Sofa couch in the secluded front room makes for a fourth bedroom for kids. The pool and spa were great. Easy walk to beach. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this house. We loved the location. The pool and back yard was our favorite spot, very private. We loved walking and riding bikes through the neighborhood. We would definitely rent this house again. Eric was great to work with!

We really enjoyed the house, the location was perfect and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was very clean and tidy. The outdoor furniture could use a little sprucing up but I’m sure being exposed to the elements makes the cushions look weathered. Checking in was a breeze and communication with management was wonderful. The use of several bikes was a great bonus and we used them daily. We would definitely book this house again in the future if we visit the area.

Functions just fine.

Overall nice, house is a little older but functions just fine for a short term vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and clean towels. Just wish there was some plastic plates/cups for families with small children.

I would like to say that this property was an excellent choice for our family. We were all satisfied with its comforts, amenities, and tranquility. The neighborhood is a very quiet and safe place, just 1.5 miles from the beach. The communication with the owner of the house was magnificent, he always answered any question or was aware of any concern. This property remained as an option to repeat for my family and I for future vacations in Naples.

Very clean and great location!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Great location with easy walk to the beach, though we spent most of the time at the pool which was a perfect temperature! Only complaint is lack of basic items like foil, plastic wrap, condiments, etc. Also, single ply toilet paper and only one washcloth for 5 of us. Still a 5 star rating though. Loved the place and Eric was very responsive.

Lush pool

Accommodation looked like the pictures. There are alot of light switches, so would be good to maybe label them?! The air con broke on the friday and we didnt get it fixed before we left on the sunday, so that was a killer. Host just said, people dont tend to work on weekends as its naples time! The pool area was lovely and the guy that came to clean it was great. He was very knowledgeable too.

Our only complaints were that anytime we wanted the pool heated, we had to call the owners to remotely turn it on and by the time it was warm enough, it was time for bed. Also, not much in the way of basics, like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels etc. It's hard to keep things clean if there's nothing to clean with. Had to run to the store as soon as we got in town.

Thank you for your honest review of our rental property. As we have multiple homes for rent and host many families, you can imagine the vast range of personalities we come across. We always aim to please as some people want to interact with us daily regarding the homes, and others never want to be bothered by a host. That said, we would have been happy to show you how to manually control the pool. As your stay was in January, we cannot remember if you requested a tutorial but we always offer in our welcome message (when we provide you with the access code to open the front door). If by chance, we failed to offer this service to you, we truly apologize for the inconvenience this caused! We will be heating the pool continuously for the "winter" months for future guests based upon your valuable feedback. We encourage you to advise any future hosts of your complaints while you are at the home so that they may curtail their hosting skills to better suit your personal needs. You are welcome back to our properties in the future as we would love to host you again! Sincerely, Eric & Danielle

Overall the stay was good but lacked basic necessities and had conflicting information about the stay. Arrived at 4:07pm to the property and cleaning personnel were still working. Towel bar was broken prior to our arrival and property manager stated they would come fix but with being there only a few days felt silly to have someone come out. No lighter for the grill. TV in the master didn’t work (felt like it needed new batteries in the remote). Toaster worked on one side but not both. The house has lots of half done projects which made the house feel dirty. Garage is not accessible (per property manager is due to remodeling projects) which we believed having access to an entire property would allow access to park our car which was not the case. Pool and hot tub were great and during our stay the sun did not come over the lounge chairs at all so you could have sun and shade time. The laminated information left on the counters conflicted with the information sent from the host which was confusing when attempting to connect to WiFi. There was very limited supply of cooking items and no throw away items (such as aluminum foil and Saran Wrap) which also made making meals more difficult when staying a short time. It is within close driving proximity to beaches and is walkable without small children. Alarms did not work on the doors to the pool. Found a small playground not far from the house which was nice to go to as well. Again, overall a pleasant stay with friends and family.

Great experience in Naples Park

This is an excellent property. we've rented in many locations and discovered that often the little details make a big difference. For example, this house had a full set of stainless steel cook ware that made navigating the kitchen a breeze. When we requested a lamp and table for evening reading Eric was very accommodating. The star feature of the house is the pool and hot tub. There are ample lounges plenty of shade (the sun is intense even in the winter) and despite the homes being close together we were never distracted by noise from the neighbors. In fact the house next door has a bird feeder so even day we got a wonderful serenade from several of the local bird species. Their presence added to the wonderful natural beauty that the lush vegetation provides. The Naples Park neighborhood is a little over a mile from the beach. It is walkable, but it was a long walk for us when it's hot. But Wiggens state park beach is close and has parking as well as clean rest stations. The house is also close to Clam Pass Park and beach. There is ample parking and the beach is even more beautiful than Wiggens. Naples Park is a very walkable neighborhood and one thing we liked was that it is a neighborhood. While there are many renters the area is mostly families that call the area home and you see children playing during the day. We have stayed in some areas that are almost complexity vacation rental properties and we prefer real neighborhoods and the conversations that one can have with the locals. This house has easy access to all the many activities available in the Naples area. Overall it's one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had.

Superb Naples Park pool house

Gorgeous like new house with designer interior, beautiful pool, deep backyard shade as well as sunny areas, awesome location close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. This is in more exclusive, more private part of Naples Park. I liked it a great deal. It's 5 stars.

Great North Naples Rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and comfortable. One recommendation is to have the bike tires pumped up for guests as we had difficulty finding ready to use bikes for the beach. Definitely recommend!

Great stay

Eric is a wonderful host. He was present for any situation that occurred. He bought us a printer, a full length mirror, fixed our sliding glass door just to name a few things. The house was clean, beautifully appointed. The only recommendation would be for more lighting for reading. Other than that, you will be in great hands should you decide to rent!

Terrific Location

We loved the use of the bikes, beach chairs and beach towels that the owners provided. And the private heated pool/hot tub and grill was also used most days. The location was wonderful...bike trip to the beach or car ride to any restaurant or grocery store.
