Welcome to Hacienda de Corrales, a 3,800-square-foot, single-story Southwest retreat with five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, mountain views, and space for up to 14 guests. Enjoy a chef’s kitchen, multiple workspaces, fireplaces, large Smart TVs, a landscaped backyard, fire pit, pond, playset, trampoline, bicycles, patio, and free parking



The Space:

This spacious Corrales home combines Southwestern character with modern comfort. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, tile floors, large windows, and mountain views create a relaxed setting for families, group stays, business travel, and extended visits.



PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, 65-inch Smart TV, dressers, seating, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, dual vanity, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and private toilet room.



BEDROOM 2

King bed, 55-inch Smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, and dedicated desk.



BEDROOM 3

Queen bed, 50-inch Smart TV, dresser, and ceiling fan. A three-quarter bathroom with a vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet is nearby.



BEDROOM 4

Two bunk beds provide a queen-over-queen bunk and a full-over-full bunk. Children must be supervised. Use ladders and guardrails properly. No climbing on rails, jumping, or rough play.



BEDROOM 5 / OFFICE

Queen Murphy bed, 50-inch Smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, and workspace with an external monitor. Guests must bring their own computer or connect a compatible laptop. A half bathroom is nearby.



Bedrooms 2 and 4 connect to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet.



LIVING ROOM

The family room includes a fireplace, 75-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and large windows overlooking the Corrales landscape.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, five-burner gas range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker for K-Cups or ground coffee. Seating includes a four-seat breakfast bar, a breakfast nook for four, and a formal dining table that seats 8 and expands to 12.



OUTDOOR AREAS

The landscaped backyard includes a patio, BBQ grill, mature shade trees, a circular stone fire pit with built-in seating, fenced raised garden beds, a man-made pond with a rock waterfall, a freestanding swing, trampoline, children’s playset, and open views.

The playset includes a slide, climbing wall, swing, and elevated fort. Children must be supervised. Use one rider per slide or swing, use ladders and handholds, and do not use the equipment when wet, icy, windy, loose, or damaged.

The patio swing is for seated use only. Children must be supervised. Do not stand, jump, roughhouse, or use it during strong wind, wet conditions, or when damaged.

A few guest bicycles may be available. Helmets are required. Inspect bicycles before riding, supervise children, obey local laws, avoid riding after dark without proper lights, and return bicycles after use.



The home also includes air conditioning, radiant heat, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit, and a fire extinguisher.



No pets are allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests may use the home, driveway, two-car garage bay, backyard, patio, grill, fire pit, playset, trampoline, approved bicycles, and other designated guest amenities.



The left single garage bay is reserved for the owner. A cleaner’s closet and other locked or marked storage areas are off-limits.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in Corrales near Corrales Road, surrounded by cottonwoods, walking trails, horse properties, and rural scenery. Nearby attractions include the Rio Grande Bosque, local wineries, art galleries, Casa San Ysidro, Balloon Fiesta Park, Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum, Gruet Winery, and Rio Rancho shopping and medical facilities.



Albuquerque International Sunport is approximately 21.7 miles away.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended. Uber, Lyft, and public transportation may also be available.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

The Irvie Homes Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours after reservation confirmation or before check-in, whichever occurs first. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, live more than 50 miles from the property unless approved in writing, and provide a government-issued photo ID when requested.



ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Each stay includes up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection, subject to program terms and claim approval.

Covered items may include accidental damage to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.

Coverage does not include smoking damage, intentional damage, pet damage, landscaping damage, house-rule violations, losses above the limit, gross negligence, criminal acts, motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, guest belongings, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, or electronic data.

Guests remain responsible for excluded, denied, or excess damage.



MAIL AND DELIVERIES

A mailbox key may be available in the kitchen drawer beneath the wine glasses. Return it before departure. FedEx or UPS is recommended for urgent deliveries. Irvie Homes is not responsible for delayed, lost, misdirected, or late-arriving mail or packages.



TRASH

Place trash out Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup.



HVAC AND HEATING

The home has two central air-conditioning systems controlled by Honeywell thermostats, one near the kitchen and one at the end of the east hallway.



Radiant heat is controlled by room. During winter, it may be useful in the north-facing office, dining room, guest room, and bathroom. Radiant heat responds slowly. Do not turn every zone to a high setting at once because the home may overheat and take hours to cool.



POND AND WATERFALL

The backyard contains a man-made pond and waterfall. Guests may request that the pond be drained by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before arrival.



The pond is not for swimming, wading, or boating. Water depth, rocks, edges, wet surfaces, and nearby landscaping may be hazardous. Children must be directly supervised near the pond. Use designated paths, keep a safe distance, and do not climb rocks or fences or throw objects into the water.



TRAMPOLINE

The trampoline is used at the guest’s own risk. Adult supervision is required. One jumper at a time. No flips, rough play, shoes, food, drinks, alcohol, smoking, or pets. Close the safety net while in use. Do not use when wet, windy, after dark, or when any part appears loose or damaged.



PLAYSET, SWING, AND BICYCLES

All outdoor recreational equipment is used at the guest’s own risk. Adults must supervise children. Inspect equipment before use and stop using anything that appears unsafe or damaged. Helmets are required for bicycles.



HOUSE RULES

Maximum occupancy is 14.

Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No pets.

No smoking, vaping, cannabis use, illegal drugs, or unlawful activity.

No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.

Do not move furniture or appliances.

Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the home.

Report property issues, damage, leaks, safety concerns, or equipment problems immediately.

Reservations longer than 30 days may require a security deposit and recurring cleaning.

Lost or unreturned keys may result in a $100 replacement fee.

Police involvement, serious disturbances, or material rule violations may result in termination without refund, subject to the booking terms and applicable law.



SECURITY DEVICES

For safety and property protection, the home may have a Ring doorbell, exterior cameras, and a NoiseAware device or similar noise-monitoring equipment. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise-monitoring devices do not record conversations.



ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The pond, waterfall, patio swing, trampoline, playset, bicycles, fire pit, grill, outdoor surfaces, and other recreational amenities involve inherent risks. Guests must use them responsibly, follow all instructions, exercise reasonable care, and supervise everyone in their party, especially children.
