Resting within a relaxed and friendly community on the West side of ABQ, this 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. This modern and functional vacation rental is beautifully decorated and designed for relaxation & convenience.

The Space:

Casa Bonita grants full access to a large yard with a resort-style heated pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and seating—a perfect space for family entertainment. Small dogs are welcome! The pool is open March 1st to October 20th, weather permitting, while the hot tub is open year-round.



The house features two living areas, an upstairs balcony with mountain views, and amenities like games, pool toys, and high-speed internet for a stylish and enjoyable family vacation.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy. The garage is not accessible to guests.



Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 40 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.



Pool & Hot Tub:

Enjoy a private pool and hot tub designed for seasonal comfort and relaxation.

From March 1 to October 20, the pool is open and available for heating for an additional $100 per week. During this time, hot tub heating is included at no extra cost.

From October 21 to February 28, the pool is closed for the season. The hot tub remains available year-round, with a $100 per week heating fee during the winter months.

The hot tub is available year-round and offers a relaxing experience in every season.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Bonita, situated in a tranquil West ABQ neighborhood, offers easy access to grocery stores, cafes, and the Petroglyph National Monument's ancient sites and hiking trails.

The home is about 20 minutes from various attractions, including the renowned Balloon Fiesta, where over 500 balloons paint the skies every October. Additionally, the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway and Ski Area, operating November to April, are only a 25-minute drive away, providing year-round recreation.

Albuquerque, nestled between the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande, brims with culture and vibrant energy, drawing visitors for its scenic beauty and quality of life. Its temperate climate and diverse attractions cater to skiers, museum-goers, and adventure enthusiasts. The city's location near mountains, rivers, and historic routes like Route 66 attracts people year after year.
