The Space:

Escape to Hidden Camp’s Loft House by Tiny Away, a charming farm stay set on a 169-acre working farm in Glenwood. Surrounded by rolling countryside and wide-open skies, our tiny home is just 30 minutes from Gympie and offers easy access to Bauple State Forest, local museums, and the coastal charm of Tin Can Bay.



From mornings filled with birdsong to evenings beneath expansive country skies, it’s a unique retreat where the simplicity of tiny house living meets the beauty of the Australian countryside.



This cozy 170-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single bed couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, including a cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). The tiny home features stairs that provide easy access to the loft; however, guests are advised to use extra care when going up and down.



IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a second tiny house on the property. If you're booking for a group, we also have "Hidden Camp’s Tiny House," available with 24 hours' notice.



Additionally, please note we are a working farm and campground, so guests may encounter normal farm activities during their stay. Friendly animals roam the property, adding to the authentic farm stay experience. As a rural retreat, you may also experience natural outdoor sounds, scents, insects, and local wildlife.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the tiny home and the outdoor space surrounding it. You’re welcome to explore the property, but please avoid the sheds as they are still under construction.

Hidden Camp’s Loft House by Tiny Away is located in the rural locality of Glenwood, surrounded by rolling farmland, native forests, and a welcoming country community. Just 30 minutes from Gympie, our farm stay offers a relaxing countryside escape with easy access to regional attractions.



When you're ready to explore, visit local favorites such as the historic Theebine Hotel, Sublime Farm & Brewery, and M1 Bakery & Café. For groceries and essentials, the nearby town of Gunalda is only a short drive away.



Nature lovers can discover the walking trails and wildlife of Bauple State Forest, while Gympie offers a glimpse into the region’s heritage through its museums and historic attractions. For a scenic day trip, head to Tin Can Bay, where calm waters and resident dolphins await.



Getting Around:

By car:



- Accessible with a 2WD vehicle.



By public transport:



- The nearest option is Gunalda, where buses connect to surrounding towns and Gympie.

- From there, a car is recommended to reach the property.



By flight:



- The closest major airport is Sunshine Coast Airport (about 1.5–2 hours by car).

- Brisbane Airport is another option, roughly a 2.5–3 hour drive.

- Car hire is available at both airports for convenient onward travel.

- Gas BBQ is available as a shared facility

- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times

- WiFi is available in some areas of the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Smoking is permitted outdoors, but not inside the tiny house

- Please note that more extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge

- Enjoy the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability, for a small fee

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent before arrival

- PLEASE READ, IF YOU PLAN TO INVITE A 3RD GUEST, which can be accommodated on the sofa bed for an additional fee of $25 per stay, payable directly to the land host upon arrival.



Important note:



- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

- We’re a working campground and farm with plenty of animals around. As we’re completely off-grid, we kindly ask that you use water and power sparingly.
