With a spectacular location and cozy gas fireplace, guests will fall in love with this charming mountain escape!

Great location. Quick walk into town or River Run Lodge. So clean and well appointed. Two King w private bath is hard to find plus bunk room and additional bath. Will book again!

Our family of five loved. Easy walk to River Run and cozy, clean modern unit. Lots of light and all the amenities you would want. Our friends stayed in Elkhorn and were jealous of our place. Host was super responsive even after hours. We plan to rebook for next year.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in a prime location within walking distance of River Run base and a Mountain Ride stop. Completely redecorated with a state of the art kitchen (we were foodies). Equipped with everything we needed and more! The linens were top of the line better than mine at home.The unit layout afforded complete privacy to everyone in our party. You would not know there were any other tenants in the property.Considering the property values in Sun Valley the price we paid for this condo was amazing. We looked on Zillow and it is valued at over one million.Next time I am looking for a vacation rental I will see what Nature Reserves has to offer!

The place was in excellent condition, clean, and appeared to have new high end appliances. With 3 small children in tow, we stayed in most time to cook and eat. Excellent kitchen. Great location with walking distance to town and river walk.Communication with management was sometimes good and sometimes bad. The entry way to the apartment was down a dark hallway in the back of the building. Several of the lights in the hallway were not working and I asked management to correct the situation. They said they would get right to it, but it took 2 days. A safety issue at night. There is no AC in the unit and this needs to be emphasized UP FRONT in the Description of the place. Bold letters. This might not be an issue in Spring and Fall, but temperatures were in the upper 80s when we arrived and 82F inside the unit. Management said to turn on the fans and open the windows. That didn't cut it and sleeping was difficult. The other SAFETY ISSUE is a very serious one. The hot water heater was set at the top of the range, VERY HOT. I checked the temperature with a thermometer and it registered 150F. This is hot enough to cause scalding in two seconds. I almost got burned when taking a shower and washing dishes. Instructions on the water heater said temps over 125F can cause burns. (We had small children taking showers and this was a concern.) I adjusted the temperature down a couple notches, but I don't know what the new setting was, but it was acceptable.

Our team has ensured it includes that there is no air conditioning in the home. The water heater has been checked and adjusted accordingly. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the time it took for building management to correctly adjust the lights. We understand how frustrating this was. Thank you for being our guest. Location is perfect - walkable to trails, town, and the mountain. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Note that it can get warm in the summer without A/C, but the unit has stand fans, which helps.
