Condo For Family Reunion

The condo was as advertised. We had no problems. It was perfect for our out-of-state families to get together with our Sun Valley relatives. The owner could not have been more accommodating.

Very nice house

This was a great house for 2 families - clean and had all the necessary amenities. Very close to the lifts either via the free bus or by driving (Sun Valley offers free parking), and also close to downtown Ketchum which is an adorable little ski town. Bob was a great host and available at all times - and he provided us with lots of recommendations in the check-in document. Next time we ski in Sun Valley, we’ll be back here ❤️ Thanks, Bob!

Spacious, well appointed and great location!

It lived up to its advertisement. The steak was as good as the sizzle. Great having 3 bathrooms. Nice downstairs. Kitchen had everything! The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cooking pans. Big nice fridge and freezer with a very nice hot tub that can handle 8. Our host, Bob, was attentive and helpful. Super friendly. We felt like real guests!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay here, with plenty of living space and outdoor views. The fourth bedroom with bunk beds was too small and very uncomfortable mattresses for our guests. The 3 other bedrooms worked out great as described. The home was clean and the owner very friendly and helpful. While we were glad to replace some of the household supplies we used or depleted, we were disappointed that we had to run to the store for the basics before the rest of our guests arrived.

2 Week Family Stay in Ketchum

My family and I spent an amazing two weeks at Bob's house in Ketchum. The place is perfect for a mountain escape and has everything you need for an extended stay. Plenty of space for a family of 5 (and plenty of TVs!) We loved grilling outside and ending the night with a soak in the hot tub! I would highly recommend.

Good spot, great challenging hill (slopes)!

The owner was responsive to any and all of our needs. House was clean and tidy. Short walk to the lifts. Just a few blocks away or you can hop a bus as they come regularly. This would be a really good spot for a family with kids as 2 of the rooms are small but have bunk beds. The master is big. The house is a little older but you can tell the owner takes pride in keeping it in top shape. Has a fireplace upstairs and downstairs which was nice and the hot tub is just outside the garage door.

A comfortable, family-friendly condo

Our family LOVES renting this comfortable, family-friendly condo. It is well equipped and pleasantly furnished. It is definitely clean. The location is perfect--on the bus line and an easy walk to the Warm Springs lodge. We would highly recommend renting it! We certainly will be back.

Dirty, cleaning job not done, no accountability from property manager.

We visited for 4 days in early August 2018. The house is well equipped and well designed (2 separate living areas, well-suited for multi-generation families). However, upon arrival, fridge, dishes in the dishwasher, and floors were dirty. We contacted the Manager, who acknowledged some cleaning staff issues, but yet did nothing to reduce or wave mandatory cleaning fee. Worse, two days after departure, manager notifies us that a charge was taken off our security deposit refund for a carpet stain we did not make. No picture sent to verify damage despite our multiple requests. We have been using VRBO for more than a decade and never had such a bad experience. Very unfortunate, this ruined our rental experience.

Great location for skiing

Great location for skiing. About a block to the free town shuttle stop and then a two minute ride to the Warm Springs Base. About 10 minutes on the shuttle in the opposite direction into town for dinners. Exactly what we were looking for. Nice accommodations for our group of six unrelated adults. The bunk room does not have a closet, dresser, or any space for storage, but we managed without it. Great views of the slopes from the living area and a nice hot tub which we used every day. Bob was very responsive to our questions and requests.

All we needed and more!

We just returned home from a ski trip to Ketchum. Besides having an incredible time skiing, our rental on Warm Springs was great. It was the prefect place to set us up for a fun and accessible time to all SV amenities for the week. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The home had plenty of room for the family to spread out for some alone time, but a great kitchen and dining area for gathering, cooking, and spending time together. The house is well-stocked for cooking meals, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for the family, and two TV areas for relaxing on the couches. The washer and dryer were a huge help with all the kids and our activities. There is also a hot tub outside and a basketball hoop. The house is also located on the KART bus line, which is free, and takes you either to the lifts at Warm Springs or into town. All in all, a great home and location. Enjoy your time here!

Lovely Warm Springs home made for a great Sun Valley stay

This home is in the Warm Springs area, about .5 miles to the base lodge and slopes. We drove in each day simply due to having skis and boots to carry but we could have walked it or waited for the free shuttle. There was ample parking. The home itself was roomy, comfortable, had a fully equipped kitchen, the TVs were great for watching a bit of NCAA basketball. The kitchen was fully stocked although we didn't use it for much more than breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The hot tub out back worked perfectly for apres ski. It is just a mile or two into Ketchum for night life. A wonderful place that comes highly recommended.

Great house/great location - accomodating owner. highly recommended

The house was everything as advertised. Family trip with 7 people -plenty of space. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Common living space was roomy- we never felt cramped or squeezed. 10 minute walk to Warm Springs lifts. Convenient shuttle buses to town and Sun Valley lodge are right across the street. Would definitely stay there when returning to Sun Valley

Great location, cozy house!

A beautiful, comfy home conveniently located just minutes from the base of Warm Springs and the town of Ketchum. The living room window looks directly out on to the ski hill. We found the hot tub and fireplace to be nice amenities during the winter. A perfect rental for a family of 6 or up to 3 couples.

Super Ski Lodge Home

I booked Bob's house for myself and six of my ski buddies. We're all guys in our 50s and 60s. The house was laid out perfect for my group... all had comfortable sleeping quarters and with the large living room, after skiing and hot tubbing we had a grand time cooking and gathering around the fireplace to tell college and ski stories. The family room downstairs was nice for the guys that wanted to watch football while the card game was upstairs. House is well equipped and has a huge attached garage. Location is excellent as it is right on the free bus route... we did not have a car and got around just fine. Two mornings we walked to Warm Springs lifts which only took 10 minutes, other mornings we jumped on bus. Bob was excellent to work with... quickly responded every time I communicated with him. Accommodations and skiing was excellent... Boys all had a great time.

Great vacation spot

This was a great rental for 2 families - excellent space to spread out, large living area with a fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, great mudroom for ski storage, a garage and close to the slopes and town. The skiers in the crowd could get to the slopes quickly and the rest of us were able to walk to town or walk the neighboring streets. Bob could not have been more helpful or accommodating, even allowing us to stay late on the day of checkout as one of our party had been injured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley and look forward to another trip there.

Great location

Spacious and Clean!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! The owner has clearly spent a lot of time maintaining this beautiful condo. My family and I have visited Sun Valley for years now and this condo is in the perfect location to meet any vacationers needs! Close to shopping in Ketchum, site seeing in Sun Valley, and beautiful national forests and ski lifts, this condo definitely deserves 5 stars! It is immaculate and spacious so family and friends can travel and stay together. The owner is very easy to communicate with and accommodating to his guests! We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

My daughter and I have stayed at this condo each summer that we visit Sun Valley. We have also brought friends and everyone agrees that the place is comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything a chef could need, and the balcony off of the dining room is the perfect spot to sit at night and stargaze. The view from the living room window of the mountain is awesome. This is the perfect place for a group or a couple looking for a cozy mountain retreat. Close to the ski lift and access to the free bus for trips into Ketchum. I can't wait to return...

Could Not Ask For More

This house was perfect for our group which included my wife, two 20ish daughters, one fiancé, and one uncle. I can live like a caveman, but the real testimony was how much my wife loved it. It really fit our needs and Bob has done a great job furnishing it. There is a great view of the mountain and the free bus to the Warm Springs lift is very convenient from the house. Bob is great to deal with and we would certainly stay there again.
