Studio Near Ocoee River & Waterfalls

From the owner: "We regret that your stay seems to have been less than perfect. Let us address your concerns. We greet our guests in order to make sure that you are aware of how to get into your unit, connect to the WiFi, find the location of the hot tub, how to turn on your heat or air, and answer any questions you may have. We met you in the foyer within less than five minutes. The gate locks after midnight for security purposes; however, you had a code to operate it. We opened it for you. As far as cleanliness, our property is inspected for the utmost standards of cleanliness on a regular basis. If there were concerns or needs, we were accessible to address them; however, we were not made aware of any. The pictures were professionally done and depict the unit as it is. In the future, whether here or at someone else’s unit, please reach out to the owner for any concerns you have."

Thank you

Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed the pool. The deck gate is well built so that it can handle the level of traffic it gets.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you were expecting a larger unit and a window. The pictures portrayed are accurate and no window is pictured. The smaller unit is mainly a unit used for sleeping or short stays.
