The bedrooms each have large patio doors that access the oceanfront deck and offer beautiful ocean views to greet you in the morning. The king bedroom also has a smart TV.

As you turn left towards the main family area the laundry room is to the left with a full-size washer/dryer and lots of folding and extra storage space.

The main area (family room, dining, kitchen and dinette) is air conditioned, open-concept, bright, spacious and so very inviting! From the super comfortable double-chaise sectional to the large custom-made trestle table…the cottage is meant to make the most of precious vacation time. The open-concept area with 15ft vaulted white-washed pine ceilings allow for the entire family to enjoy the space together in their own areas, if so desired. The large smart TV is mounted over the propane fireplace in a way so that you can enjoy both from anywhere in the room. The side door to the right provides direct access to the deck (and Adirondack chairs) while the side door to the left provides direct access to the large covered porch and outdoor living area.

The beautiful custom kitchen invites creative chefs with a large island, extra seating, open shelving, stainless appliances, well-placed windows and a lot of style. A small table and chairs are off to the side for morning coffee or games night. The main dining area is complete with a custom-made trestle table, bench and chair seating and gorgeous ocean views.

The entire front side of the family room is floor to ceiling glass overlooking the ocean. Between the comfortable furnishings and views, this area is perfect for anything from chilling with a book to family movie night.

The west sleeping and bath wing has a king bedroom and a bunk room (single bed, double bed and single trundle bed). This wing also has a second full bath with double sinks. The king bedroom has direct access to the covered porch via large patio doors. The bunk room offers a kid space with a large smart TV and ample seating on 3 beds.

The cottage is complete with air conditioning in the central main area, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, a picnic table, a bonfire pit and an EV charging plug.

Excellent dining, fresh seafood, live entertainment, ceilidhs, golf, shopping, antiquing, water parks, amusement parks and much more are just a short drive away from Seaview Cape which is located quite centrally on the Island.
