Sip that first cup of morning coffee from the comfort of your own private balcony with mountain and tree views. The open full kitchen is great for throwing together those quick afternoon snacks before heading up to the frosty mountain slopes. Get a nice fire going in the fireplace and kick back with some of your favorite music and a good novel in the spacious living area. There's nothing like a good night of family board games played over the dining table. The shared pool and hot tub are a great way to relax your tired muscles after a long mountain hike.

Enjoy all the terrific local fare when you visit restaurants like The Blü Cow (two miles away), Alpenrose Vail (one mile away), and Matsuhisa (one mile away). Two-and-a-half miles away, you'll find Vail Square Ice Rink, where you can take the kids ice skating. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
