Andréa and Xavier are offering a spacious, bright, and very functional home right next to the vast Zuydcoote Beach, with direct access to the bike path.

Just 5 minutes from the A16 highway and less than 10 minutes from the TGV station. Just 30 minutes from the Eurotunnel and the ferries to England.

The house has a floor area of 140 m² with a 40 m² terrace and an enclosed, tree-lined garden.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers all the necessary comforts. A large, light-filled 60m² living area; one bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom; two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has bunk beds; and one attic bedroom on the second floor. A bathroom with a tub and shower on the first floor. A toilet on the first floor and a toilet on the first floor.
In terms of practical amenities, everything is provided for long stays: washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies.
We provide: a high chair, a crib with a high-quality mattress, a travel crib (available upon request), and a changing table.

Depending on the number of guests, we may close off rooms that will not be used during your stay for hygiene reasons.

Check-in and check-out can be done independently using a key box. However, we prefer in-person check-out in all cases, and we will ask you to confirm your departure time 48 hours in advance.

Pets are allowed upon request. They must remain in the main living area, and we ask that their presence remain unnoticeable.
