LOCATION!
Located on the quiet and convenient "S" Curve, this beautiful standalone home is in walking distance to everything in the center of town which is less than a mile away. Choose from over 15 eating establishments from upscale eateries for romantic date nights overlooking the beach to snow cones and ice cream with the kiddos on a hot day. The home is second row which is directly across from the beach with 2 beach access points just a few houses down. Watch the ocean crash on the sand with ocean views from the front upper deck or relax in the shade and people watch on the lower front deck; there are tons of walkers, runners and bicyclists that go by.

POOL!
The home has a private fenced in saltwater pool! This is a Blue Hawaiian brand Bayshore model holding 9.5K gallons of water; so get the whole family in the pool at the same time. Ever been to a house that says they have a pool only to discover their "pool" seems like a small hole in the ground; yeah - our pool is not that! A huge enclosed outdoor shower is located right by the pool so rinsing off the sand from the beach is super simple. Opened April 1st - Oct 21st

OUTDOOR LIVING!
There are 2 large decks on the front ocean side of the home. From the upper you can watch the ocean crash on the sand and from the lower you can relax in the shade.
The back side of the home offers a back upper deck with endless sunset and sounds views. The back deck is above the pool in the back yard so you can still be a part of the pool crowd without going to the pool. All decks and the pool area have tons of furniture. Ever been to a beach place with hardly any furniture to hang out on? Yeah - it's not cool. Our place has high quality HDPE furniture made from recycled plastic on all 3 decks and by the pool. Choose from chaise lounge chairs to lay by the pool, cozy Adirondack chairs or high counter top style tables and chairs that allow an unobstructed view of the ocean!

SERENITY INSIDE - FULLY FURNISHED
The top floor features an open concept, beautifully furnished living, dining and kitchen area along with the tranquil master bedroom suite with a King size bed with a large private bath with shower and soaking tub. Half bath is also on the top floor and amazing ocean views are included! The kitchen is also fully furnished (coffee maker, Keurig single, toaster, blender, all cookware, etc.). On the first floor are four generous bedrooms with two full bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have Queen beds with Ocean views and your own sliding glass door to go onto the deck and the back bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over double and twin over twin). TV/DVD/Roku Stick and Cable are in all the bedrooms. Washer/Dryer are conveniently located on first floor also.
