One Virginia Avenue is considered Rehoboth's premiere location. The building is oceanfront with a guarded, outdoor, community pool, sundeck, library, coin-op, first floor laundry, and key-secured underground parking. Step out of the building to the boardwalk and beach. This south facing one bedroom condo has breath taking views of the city of Rehoboth, the boardwalk, and the Atlantic Ocean. The unit will sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a king sleeper sofa. Kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

This is a quiet building ideally located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The walking paths around Lake Gerar are minutes away. The north end of the boardwalk is quiet, the beach is guarded during the summer season. Despite the quiet location, the hustle and bustle of the south boardwalk and the shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth are a short 5-minute walk away. One Virginia requires a one-week minimum stay with Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the summer months.

We love this rental unit! The mirror on the wall makes the space feel so much bigger, and there are so many nice little touches: the ceiling fans are wonderful, there are hooks in the bathtub for hanging wet swimsuits, there are plenty of pillows -- a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay with kids

Property was clean, and very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach almost on the beach it self and very close to main part of the town. Great place to stay and we had fantastic time.

A week long stay at the beach

Enjoyed the convenience of being located so close to the beach making it very easy to transport our beach chairs and umbrella. Also, loved being able to lock our bicycles in a safe place, so we could easily ride them everywhere including Cape Henlopen State Park and around town. Really loved having drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean too. Staff were very helpful and we would come here again.

Beverly, Having the beach cage to easily store and transport beach chairs and umbrella to the beach is one of the things that make us love One Virginia. We also like having the area to store our bikes to be able to ride all over town or up to the state park. Oh yes, we also agree that the balcony is wonderful for an afternoon or evening drink. Great Condo on Rehoboth Beach

The condo location was exceptional and our condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was so convenient to get to the beach, with well designed walkway and storage area (for beach chairs, etc) in our building. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Rehoboth vacation

This property is great! Beautiful kitchen, clean, nice decor, very spacious, and a nice comfortable pull out King Sofabed in the livingroom for the kids to sleep on. We loved being so close to the ocean and enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony.

Nice stay on beach

Condo is right next to beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Long expansive fairly flat beach. Nice, angled view of beach from the condo. Hosts' responses were helpful. Condo was comfy and very clean. Pull-out sofa was large and amazingly comfortable.

Great get-away

Rehoboth Beach has so much to offer even off season. This apartment is very conveniently located to all the main attractions. It’s clean, safe, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay there and would love to go again.

Quiet, Beachfront Condo

Great beachfront condo for a couple. Nice updated kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Convenient location on the boardwalk, within easy walking distance to restaurants.

Excellent location!

This condo is clean, cozy and in a perfect location. The beach, boardwalk, pool and parking, security, full kitchen just make this a fantastic spot. Owners were so helpful in giving ideas too! We’ll hopefully be back!

Property was just as advertised. Clean, well equipped, Ocean view, and walking distance to everything there is to do in Rehoboth Beach. Owners and property manager were very helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely rent there again.

Great location and lots of amenities

This unit was very clean, with a balcony with terrific views of the beach, boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools, and having a pool was perfect. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.

The Perfect Vacation

Wonderful weather, lovely accommodations, so much to do, lots of good food (although some places could be a bit pricey). The only downfall was that the pool was down for repair, but we had family staying nearby, and we swam at their pool, so it all worked out. Truly enjoyable time.

We are sorry about the pool; the building management identified the problem with the old pool at the end of last year and made arrangements to have it replaced by April, but supply chain issues have taken its toll again. Condo was exactly as advertised, and a great find! Perfect location!!! It was within walking distance to everything in town… a giant bonus, because finding parking is a challenge!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there, and will hopefully be able to return next summer.

Girls Week

The place was immaculate. Very nice location with view of the ocean and boardwalk. The staff at the condo were very friendly. Only disappointment was the pool being temporarily closed during our week, but the owners made good on it.
