LATE Check out on Sundays in January and February 2026. *****************. Do you want to look out your condo and see a “straight on view” of the beach and ocean with nothing in between except the boardwalk? Do you want to enjoy the sound and view of ocean waves? Do you want to have the beach right outside your front door? Do you want to be on the South end of Rehoboth Beach boardwalk just steps from the best restaurants in Delaware? If you answered "yes" then our place is for you!


Please let us know if you have been to Rehoboth Beach and Star of the Star. Please confirm that your reservation will be a maximum of 2 people. The calendar will be open for summer bookings the end of January 2026.
We are not able to have service animals or emotional support animals due to a respiratory health problem of owner.

You are guaranteed one "on site" parking space. The majority of the parking is in a locked basement garage with elevators & the rest of the parking is behind the building.

Rehoboth Beach has become a year round destination. The shoulder seasons are delightful. All the restaurants stay open. You can check out Rehoboth website for the events for each weekend. Please call or text us with any questions or difficulty booking. We are happy to help.

Studio condo has a balcony and kitchenette, with bathtub/shower combination. The balcony and unit are completely facing the beach. The view and sound of the waves are awesome. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with a fresh cup of coffee. It would not be uncommon to see a pod of porpoises before you finish that cup. There is a King size Murphy bed in the living room. Please note there is NO bedroom. The condo is in the best managed building on the boardwalk. We have a manager that lives in the building so any issues are addressed quickly.

You can check availability by hitting “choose check-in date”. A calendar will pop up showing the open dates. Let us know if you have difficulty booking any open spots.
VRBO charges you a service fee. The traveler service fee was added by VRBO in Feb 2016 & has grown to 15%! We pay a booking fee and credit card transaction fee to VRBO. There is a $95 cleaning fee and 7% tax to the city of Rehoboth. We have a 60 day cancellation policy for a 100% refund.


The building has private outdoor swimming pool on the second floor during the summer only. There is a attendant on duty but not a life guard. The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm starting Memorial Day weekend.

Our building is an owner occupied condominium building on the south end of the Rehoboth boardwalk. Every unit is furnished and decorated differently by the owner.

Our condo sleeps 2 with a King size Murphy bed. You'll have a restful night's sleep listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean on the King sized Murphy bed. Most visitors feel the Murphy bed is very comfortable.

The unit is equipped with a 40" flat panel smart TV. Cable TV is free. Free wireless internet is accessible in the condo and throughout the building.

The full kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and microwavable cookware are included in the kitchen. Dish washing detergent and cleaning products are provided. The kitchen has salt and pepper and sugar.

Guests are to bring their own King size sheets, blanket, bathroom towels, hair dryer and paper supplies. We start you off with 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The condo has 4 bed pillows.

Coined laundry facilities are located in a private room off the main lobby. There is no washer/dryer in the condo.

There is private locked basement garage. This keeps your car cool and safe. The entry to the basement elevators is a locked glass door. Rehoboth Beach is compact and thus walking to shops and restaurants is very easy. You really don't need your car till your stay is over..... unless you wish to go to the 3 large Tanger outlets to do tax free shopping on route #1.

We have a “no pet allowed" policy no matter how small and no matter how well trained. This is a building rule as well as our rule. You will be asked to leave immediately if you bring an animal. The building staff watches very carefully. We are not able to have service animals due to respiratory problems of the owner.

The manager of the building lives on the second floor so your vacation is worry free should something break. Someone is at the lobby desk 7 days a week from 9-5 during the high season and 10-4 in the shoulder and winter seasons.
